3CE MOOD RECIPE LIP COLOR

As many of you guys know already, 3CE is a popular Korean cosmetic brand that represents K-Beauty internationally. One of the must-buy items from 3CE is this MOOD RECIPE LIP COLOR. Today, I will do a quick review of all five and give you some idea of which one to buy for yourself!

Did you know that there is a mini kit for 3CE MOOD RECIPE LIP COLOR? The kit comes in a mini size (1.3g) of five different shades so that you can own all the colors. I would recommend this to the cosmetic lovers, (or the collectors ) to get all five colors at a reasonable price. I am one of those people who have more than enough lipsticks for life but still want to buy new lipsticks every month.

The colors are mostly MLBB/brown lips, which are shades hard to find at other Korean road shops.

Their smooth and velvety texture is very easy to build up within one or two swipes on your lips without drying or caking. However, since the texture itself is matte, make sure you take extra care of your lips before you apply them.

If you are not a big fan of matte finish lipsticks, apply some lip balm before putting them on. The color won't be the same but will keep your lips safe and moist. I have applied lip balm on mine before applying as well.

They are ₩50,000 which isn't a bad price for five lipsticks.

They all look similar at first, but if you take a deeper look, you will spot the differences!

#114 ROWS

The first color that I will introduce to you is #114 ROWS. This is a nude beige tone for a sleek, effortless chic vibe. I would like to recommend this to anyone who needs a base color lipstick for gradient lip makeup.

I liked the look after wiping the lips with remover, but as I have mentioned, this may be a great MLBB color for a gradient lip makeup.

#116 INKED HEART

The next color is #116 INKED HEART. This is a natural fruity color that any undertones will enjoy wearing.

The color of this lipstick is more peach-brown, which will blend naturally with your lip color.

#INKED HEART is a great color that can be mixed or applied alone.

The picture above is after wiping a bit out. I really love this color so much that I think everyone should give a swatch at least.

#115 MUSS

The third color is #115 MUSS, rose beige color that can enhance your femininity with softness look.

When you put it on your lips, it instantly gives you the warmer look! I would like to suggest this to anyone who has a cooler undertone; this will be a great MLBB lip or base color lip for those people. I found the color a bit brighter than rose beige.

#909 SMOKED ROSE

The fourth color is #909 SMOKED ROSE. According to the official website, they say it is different compared to your typical brick rose shade!

I found there are more 'red' than dry rose honestly.

It's more like a bright red color with one drop of color of marsala.

Among the other dry rose lipsticks that I own, I loved #909 SMOKED ROSE! I can wear this daily when the leaves are starting to change color.

#117 CHICFUL

Our last color is #117 CHICFUL. This is a unique deep reddish-brown lip color that is very rare to find in Korean road shops.

This eye capturing shade is a bit too dark to put on full lips, so I had to come up with an idea of how to use this color well.

As you can see from the picture below, it might look a bit too much on full lips. Therefore, I would recommend applying a layer of cool undertone base lipstick first and creating a gradient look!

After wiping a bit out, it looks a bit more natural.
