Seoul is a city where centuries of history coexist with a modern lifestyle. You can pause and collect your thoughts at palaces and temples, unwind in urban forests and along the Han River, and ease the fatigue of travel with healthy food and beauty and spa programs. Another unique appeal of wellness travel in Seoul is the sheer range of experiences available, from traditional Korean medicine and meditation to the latest beauty treatments and arts and culture.
Seoul's wellness destinations are spread throughout the city, making them easy to enjoy alongside other sightseeing plans. Rather than setting aside a long retreat, international visitors can naturally add wellness programs between shopping, dining, and explorations of history and culture. Choose an urban relaxation spot for a short itinerary, or opt for temple, traditional Korean medicine, or nature-healing programs for a more immersive experience—the trip can be tailored to your goals.
