Our Visit
① Check-in and Getting Ready
Check in at the reception, where the staff will confirm your reservation and guide you through the process. In the main lobby, you can browse the full range of Dr.FORHAIR products and even try some of them at the testing area. There is also a lounge where you can sit and relax while you wait.
② Scalp Imaging, Consultation, and Product Selection
Before the main care begins, a trichologist checks your scalp up close with a scalp camera and explains what they see on screen. This makes it easy to understand concerns like oil buildup, flakes, dryness, or sensitivity.
The scalp analysis showed an oily, sensitive scalp with visible redness, along with fine and fragile hair. Based on these results, the specialist explained which Dr.FORHAIR line would work best and why.
③ The Personalized Scalp-Care Process
We chose the 90-minute Total Care for our visit. The treatment took place in a private room.
We put our belongings in a locker, changed into the treatment clothes, and enjoyed a welcome drink before starting the treatment.

Preparing the Scalp
Steps 1–3 | Brushing, Warm Therapy, Scaling & Massage
The treatment starts by preparing both the scalp and upper body. After brushing, warm therapy is applied around the neck and shoulders to help you relax. Scalp scaling and massage then help remove buildup and prepare the scalp for cleansing.
Deep Cleansing & Scalp Care
Steps 4–6 | Aroma Steam Therapy, Shampoo & Rinse, Scalp Pack & Treatment
Next comes the main cleansing and treatment stage. Aroma steam helps prepare the scalp for a deeper cleanse before shampooing. A scalp pack and treatment are then applied for additional care.
Full Relaxation & Water Therapy
Steps 7–9 | 5-Step Full Care, Water Therapy, Towel Dry
This part focuses more on relaxation. Care for the neck and shoulders adds an extra relaxing touch beyond the scalp treatment.
Then comes the water therapy, one of the most soothing parts of the 90-minute program. The hair is then towel-dried before the final scalp care begins.
Finishing Care
Steps 10–12 | Tonic, Cryo Care, Styling
The final steps focus on finishing the scalp care and getting you ready to head out. Tonic and cryo care are applied to the scalp.
The treatment finished with a blow-dry and styling.
Before & After | What Changed?
After the treatment, the trichologist checked the scalp again to see what had changed and walked us through the results.
Since the initial scalp check showed oiliness and sensitivity, the specialist chose a shampoo with a moderate level of menthol.
After the treatment the redness appeared less noticeable immediately after the session. It was interesting to compare the before-and-after images and see what the treatment had actually helped with.
The line selected based on the scalp analysis is used throughout the care, from shampoo to the finishing tonic.
Space & Amenities
There are separate rooms for Light Care and a powder room for getting ready afterward. Hair dryers and styling products are available for self-styling, and treatment clothing is provided before your care.
