After checking in, we moved to the consultation room and had a one-on-one consultation with the head director.

What is LDM?

Before getting started with the main treatments, we began with a professional cleansing.

After cleansing, we moved to the photo room to take "before" photos.

Then we returned to the treatment room, and they applied a special cream first.

Since the device is gently moved over the skin during the care, it felt comfortable and easy to receive without any major discomfort.

Because multiple treatments, including Ulthera Prime and Rejuran, were scheduled afterward, we started by improving the skin's condition first, then moved on to the next procedures.

Before the Ulthera Prime treatment, they carefully apply numbing cream to your face and let it sit for long enough.

Since lifting procedures can feel more intense depending on the area, they go through this numbing step first before moving on to the main treatment.

What Is Ulthera Prime?

Ulthera Prime is a lifting device that uses ultrasound energy to deliver energy down to the deep fascial layer beneath the skin (SMAS).
With real-time imaging technology, the procedure can be performed while checking the depth of the skin, which allows for detailed, targeted care for areas where firmness is a concern, such as the jawline and facial contours.

This time, our model received 300 shots of Ulthera Prime.

Before the Ulthera treatment, they first planned the design by checking the model's face shape and areas of concern. We looked in the mirror together to confirm the treatment areas, and they marked them for us, which really made it feel like a personalized procedure tailored to each person's facial contours.

Before starting the treatment, the doctor personally showed the model the genuine Ulthera tip that would be used for today's procedure.

It was reassuring because it was not just confirming the device name, we could actually see the real tip being used, and watch it get attached to the machine after checking it with our own eyes.

After attaching the verified tip directly to the device, they officially began the Ulthera treatment.

What is Body ONDA?

After finishing the facial treatments, we moved on to Body Onda for the upper arms. For this model, we did 120 kJ on the upper arms.

Before starting Body Onda, they first apply plenty of oil to the upper arms, which is the treatment area.

After spreading it evenly so the device can glide smoothly over the skin, the treatment begins.

Different types are used depending on your skin condition and goals, and for this model, we went with Rejuran Healer, which is applied across the entire face.

The last treatment I had was 2cc of Rejuran Healer.

| Moving to the Treatment Room and Numbing

For Rejuran Healer, we moved to a different treatment room from the earlier procedures before getting started.

| Verifying Authenticity Before Opening

Before opening Rejuran, they first showed the actual product they would be using to our model.

Since they opened it only after we personally checked the product name and packaging, it was very clear exactly what was being used.

After the procedure, they also gave us a paper where we could verify the authenticity.

One of the biggest concerns when getting injectable treatments abroad can be whether the product is authentic, so it was reassuring that they made it easy to check everything like this.

| Rejuran Treatment

First, after thoroughly numbing the areas where the Rejuran would be injected, we got everything ready to begin the treatment.

Once the numbing was complete, small amounts of Rejuran were injected across the entire face.

Since Rejuran is injected directly into the skin, the doctor worked carefully and thoroughly on each area.

Depending on the person, you may notice small bumps or redness after the procedure, but it usually settles down naturally over time.

To finish, they applied moisturizer and sunscreen.

After everything was finished, they even showed the model the empty Rejuran syringes that had been used.

We checked that the products were new before the procedure, and after it was over, we could also confirm the syringes were fully used, so it really felt transparent from start to finish.

BeforeAfter

Right after the Rejuran treatment, we could see a slight raised, bumpy "embossing" effect at the injection sites, just like in the photo. We were told this is temporary and can appear immediately after the procedure, and it naturally settles down over time.
