Lepic Cheongdam | Our Visit

'Lepic Cheongdam' was located on the second floor of the building. The first thing that caught our eye as soon as we walked in was the blue-toned, neatly curated interior. The overall vibe was calm yet stylish, and with the floor-to-ceiling windows, the space felt bright and open rather than cramped.

Everything in the salon was kept tidy, giving it that polished, sophisticated Cheongdam-salon feel from the very first impression. The blue-toned interior paired with the large windows looked beautiful in photos, and it was the kind of space that made the appointment itself feel special.

After we sat down, they prepared coffee for us. It did not feel like a simple complimentary drink, they served it in beautifully designed salon cups, and it felt like they cared about even the smallest details. The wait before the service was comfortable, and overall, we were left with the impression of truly thoughtful hospitality.

This time, the service our model received was "K-Daily Hair & Makeup". The process went in the order of makeup first, then finishing with hair styling. We will walk you through it step by step from here.

| Makeup

First, we started with makeup. The makeup area was neatly set up with a wide range of products and tools.

The artist began the makeup based on the model’s look and the vibe she wanted. Since it was done in a private space, it felt very comfortable the whole time.

This is the model after the base was applied first. Her skin tone looked more even, and the overall finish came out clear and clean. Rather than feeling heavy or overly covered, it smoothed and refined the skin texture naturally, so from the very beginning the overall vibe looked much brighter.

After the base, a thin layer of concealer was applied only where coverage was needed. The under-eye area, around the nose, and any redness were carefully corrected, making the skin look even cleaner.

Using both a puff and a brush, the product was layered in several light passes. Instead of a thick, full-coverage feel, it kept the natural skin texture while neatly perfecting only the areas that needed it.

Once the complexion was refined, blush was added for a healthy glow. A shade that matched the model’s skin tone and the overall makeup mood was chosen and blended naturally from the center of the cheeks outward.

Eyeshadow was then used to add soft depth to the eyes. With gentle colors that suited the model’s overall vibe, it was applied naturally so the eye area wouldn’t look too dark.

Adding subtle color to the lids and under-eye area made the eyes look deeper, and the overall makeup look felt more defined. The detailed eye makeup, glamorous but still easy to wear, was a standout part of this K-beauty style.

After adding depth with eyeshadow, eyeliner was applied. The line was kept from being too thick to suit the model’s eye shape, so it looked defined without appearing overly intense.

This is how it looked with the eyeliner finished. With soft shadow first and then the eye line to refine the shape, her overall impression looked much clearer and more defined.

Before applying false lashes, the lashes were curled naturally with an eyelash curler. Then they were adjusted once more with careful detail so the lashes would hold well.

After defining the eyes with eyeliner, false lashes were applied. Individual lash pieces were carefully placed to match the model’s eye shape, creating a naturally defined look rather than an overly dramatic lift.

With the lashes added, the eyes looked much sharper, and the makeup points showed up better in photos, too. You could really feel how lashes are the step that can dramatically change the overall mood in K-beauty makeup.

Next, mascara was applied thoroughly. Not only the upper lashes but also the lower lashes were refined carefully, making the eyes look even more defined.

After applying mascara, tweezers were used to separate and tidy each lash. This prevented clumping, set the lash direction, and balanced everything to suit the eye shape, making the eye makeup look even cleaner and more polished.

Finally, the lash direction was set and refined one more time.

The brows were shaped to match the model’s natural brow texture and overall facial vibe, then any sparse areas were filled in naturally.

The color and hair-like strokes were adjusted carefully so the brows wouldn’t look too dark, making her overall look feel more neatly put together. Brows can really change the whole impression, and these were finished cleanly to suit the model’s calm image.

A highlighter was used to add a soft, dimensional glow. It was applied lightly on areas where light naturally hits, like the bridge of the nose and around the eyes, making the skin look clearer and more radiant.

The lip line was smoothed out naturally, then a lip color that matched the model’s skin tone and the overall makeup mood was chosen and applied.

Once the lip color was added, the whole look felt much livelier. Rather than being overly bold, it added a subtle, healthy flush, which paired perfectly with a clear, refined K-beauty makeup style.

| Hair

After the makeup was complete, hair styling began. We moved outside to do the hair.

First, a styling tool was used to create natural volume throughout the hair.

By sectioning the hair little by little starting from the roots, it was styled so it didn’t look flat and appeared much fuller. With makeup already finished, adding volume to the hair made the overall look feel even more sophisticated.

After setting the roots and overall volume, an iron was used to add curls. The hair was sectioned bit by bit and curled in a consistent direction, creating natural, soft waves rather than an overly “done” look.

Once curls were added, the movement of the hair looked much prettier, and it created a chic mood that matched the makeup well. The curls falling naturally around the face made the overall style feel more feminine and complete.

And just like that, the "K-Daily Hair & Makeup" was complete. The makeup defined the facial features clearly, and with volume and curls added through hair styling, the overall look came together much brighter and more sophisticated.

In particular, the makeup was defined enough to photograph well without being overly heavy, and the hair’s natural volume and soft curls really brought out that luxurious, signature Cheongdam salon feel. It seems like a highly satisfying choice for days when you have a special shoot or want to capture amazing travel photos.

At ‘Lepic Cheongdam,’ the treatment areas are neatly separated, so it was comfortable to use. There’s also a dedicated makeup room inside, allowing you to focus and enjoy the makeup session even more.

There are also lockers and fitting rooms, making it convenient to store your belongings and get changed.

Inside the shop, there’s a separate shampoo room and a waiting area as well.

The waiting area, with its blue-toned interior and large windows, felt bright and stylish, and it was comfortable to relax there briefly before or after your appointment.

On one side of the shop, you can also see photos of celebrities who have visited Lepic Cheongdam. Knowing that many celebrities actually come here left an even stronger impression that this is a Cheongdam salon where you can truly experience K-beauty styling.
