Going to a hair salon in Korea is not a big deal for me. There are just too many of them. At least three within a five-minute walk from my place, and dozens pop up within a 1km radius on Naver Maps. It's just... normal.
But running Creatrip taught me something I didn't expect. For foreigners, a Korean hair salon isn't part of daily life -- it's a travel destination. It goes on the must-visit list, right next to skin clinics. I'll be honest, this surprised me at first.
