Ina was THE BEST! I am so grateful for her patience and professionalism. I didn't have a good hair experience last time I was in Korea, and was hesitant because the communication barrier is real. However, this experience proved me wrong because even when there was a barrier, Ina is so knowledgeable and she knows how to make you look good. In the consultation, I showed her pictures and asked what she thought. In the past, some hairstylists just push it back to me and said whatever you want. This doesn't sit well with me. Ina however, offered her insights and left the choice to me. I was only planning on dye and not perm because my hair was damaged. Deep within me I wanted both and to my surprise, my hair turned out great without any damage! As some may know, doing cut, perm, dye, treatment takes a long time. I was the last client and felt bad that it went over dinner time. Ina and I had a great time- she was able to place a mobile order and I paid her separately for our meals. It was such a fun experience and although not everyone is going to have an identical experience as me, I just want to say thank you to Ina and I will be back! When I did a scalp treatment elsewhere, the director there even commented that the perm was done so well. I will recommend all my friends to go- it is a new store and place isn't huge. However, don't let any of it bother you because what's important is the person there:)
