- Please note that the time you drop off your luggage may not be the exact time the delivery driver collects it.
- If you wish to send multiple pieces of luggage, you must purchase a separate service for each carrier.
- You must remember your receipt number. If you forget it, please contact customer service with your delivery date, delivery route, email address, and other relevant information.
- Even if your reservation has been confirmed, if your luggage contains items that are prohibited by law, delivery may be refused. All losses and legal responsibilities resulting from this will be borne by the customer.

- Please complete your reservation for airport arrival or departure delivery by the day before your delivery date.
- Please store your luggage at the designated location of the departure point before the delivery acceptance deadline. Luggage stored after the delivery acceptance deadline will have the delivery canceled, and in this case, refunds are not available.
- When selecting your pickup time for delivery, please make sure it is at least 2 hours before your flight departure. Any additional costs incurred due to urgent requests will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Each piece of luggage must not exceed 32 inches (total length and width must not exceed 180 cm).
- The weight of each piece of luggage must not exceed 25kg.
