After filling out all the information, I had a one-on-one consultation with the dyeing specialist who was in charge of my style today.
Since I was planning to get my hair dyed, they carefully checked the style I preferred and thoughtfully recommended colors that would suit my skin tone and overall vibe.
They explained each of the things I was worried about in detail, which made me feel even more at ease.

After carefully considering my requests and preferences, the manager consulted with me and we decided to go with "ash matte brown" for today's dye.
The director explained that Ash Matte Brown is a color that naturally neutralizes yellow and red undertones.
It matches my personal color tone well, and I heard that this color has recently become especially popular in Korea!

Next, the second round of dyeing was carried out.
Since we had a scalp pore clinic and care treatment in the previous step,
I felt a slight stinging sensation when the dye touched my skin, but it was mild and completely tolerable.
The director continuously checked on my condition throughout the procedure, which made me feel at ease.
They also explained that, depending on your physical condition, your scalp may become more sensitive and the pain may increase.
They advised avoiding excessive drinking the day before and getting plenty of sleep!

After applying the hair dye, it was wrapped in foil and left for a certain period of time. Once the time was up, I moved to the shampoo area.
At this stage, care was provided using a shampoo that replenishes moisture to the scalp.

The remaining clinic steps were then carried out.
First, you will personally select a custom ampoule tailored to the condition of your hair.
The procedure began only after confirming that a new ampoule was used in its entirety, which made me feel even more reassured.
In this process, there is a step that not only provides the basic proteins but also replenishes the hair with functional ingredients it needs.
They also used a full bottle of ampoule that forms a protective barrier to prevent impurities from building up.
Customers who have lived abroad often experience hair damage or dryness due to various environmental factors such as hard water, seawater, or pool water.

At this time, they also gave a simple scalp massage, so I was able to relax comfortably toward the end of the treatment.

What impressed us most was that every step of the clinic process is customized according to the condition of each customer's hair.
