Just take off your shoes at the entrance and change into the slippers before going inside.
Inside, you’ll find personal color panels and a variety of colored fabrics on display, making it feel like you’ve stepped into a color laboratory.
On one wall, various cosmetics are neatly arranged, so from the moment you walk in, you’ll be excited for your analysis!

Snacks are provided for you to enjoy during the session, so you can relax and have a pleasant time throughout the analysis.
First, before the personal color analysis, I had a preliminary consultation and filled out an interview sheet.
This questionnaire asked about the image I wanted, my usual makeup style, any concerns, and things to be aware of.
While I was filling out the form, they checked my pupil color and natural hair color for more accurate analysis.
They’re also preparing foreign language questionnaires for international clients, so it’ll be even easier to fill out in the future!

The first thing that caught my eye as soon as I sat down was the bright natural light streaming in from the window.
Personal color analysis is most accurate when done in natural light,so they said they specifically chose this place for its great lighting.
The analysis began by checking my skin tone.
It's easy to assume that having a darker skin tone means you're warm-toned, but that's actually not always the case.
Since our editor also has a relatively dark skin tone, she always thought she was warm-toned, but to her surprise, the analysis revealed she was cool-toned.
After the skin tone analysis, we compared different hair colors by holding up swatches directly.
Cool-toned colors made the contours of the face look smaller and gave an overall sharper impression.
On the other hand, warm-toned hair colors made the facial lines appear slightly wider and emphasized smile lines.
Even before trying the fabric swatches, our editor could tell she was definitely cool-toned.
Next, we proceeded with the personal color test by holding various colored fabrics directly to the face.
At this stage, we alternated between light and dark shades to check brightness levels.
This process helps determine which brightness of color makes your face look more radiant!
In our editor’s case, lighter shades made her complexion look much clearer, confirming that bright and transparent colors suit her best.
From left to right, these are the worst and best tones!
When trying the worst tones, dark circles, smile lines, and redness stood out more, making the face look tired.
In contrast, with the best tones, the skin looked noticeably clearer and more radiant, and the facial contours appeared naturally refined.
Seeing the comparison firsthand, I could clearly tell that low-saturation colors suit me much better.
Based on the diagnosed personal color, they helped me choose the most flattering lip colors.
Instead of just testing on the back of my hand, I could hygienically try the lip colors directly on my lips using disposable applicators.
They paid close attention not only to color but also to texture, so I could find out whether glossy or matte products suited me better.
For our editor, who is a "Winter Cool Pale," they recommended subtly pink-toned shades and matte lip textures!
They even let me take photos of the recommended lip products so I could easily remember them.

After the personal color analysis, we moved to another area for a makeup consultation.
While they didn’t do the makeup for me, I learned not only about suitable colors and application techniques, but also practical makeup tips I could use right away.
In the base makeup step, instead of applying product all over the face, it was impressive that only areas you want to brighten—like the cheeks, bridge of the nose, and forehead—were targeted.
By using the leftover product to gently blend the rest of the face, the finish looked natural and not heavy, and it was amazing how the facial contours appeared defined even without additional shading.
For the concealer step, they recommended using multiple shades together rather than just one color.
For blemishes, a slightly darker tone works best, while for dark circles, a pinkish shade gives a much more natural coverage.
They even tested the brush pressure on the back of the hand, explaining that a light, tickling touch helps prevent caking and gives a flawless finish!
It wasn’t just about finding matching colors; it was a valuable time to learn practical application methods and expert tips you can actually use.
Finally, we did a personal makeup pouch check.
In our editor’s case, the personal color result was different from what she expected, so she was worried whether her usual products would still suit her.
Surprisingly, some products matched well, and it was practical to learn how to make the most of items she already owned.

After all the diagnostics, we received a comprehensive explanation.
Our editor was diagnosed as a Winter Pale cool tone, which means cool, crisp looks suit her best!
Rather than highly saturated colors, shades with a lot of white and high brightness were recommended.
As for sub-colors, Summer Light was suggested, while Autumn Muted and Autumn Soft were listed as the worst colors.
In addition, recommendations for matching hair colors and accessories were provided, which was extremely helpful.
We received two summary sheets of the results and two color charts to compare shades that suit our editor’s personal color.
Everything was neatly organized in a file to prevent creasing, making it easy to keep, and the color charts will be useful in daily life when coordinating clothing or accessory colors.

From consultation to personal color diagnosis and makeup consulting, every step was handled with care and professionalism, making it feel more like attending a beauty class than just getting analyzed!
What was most satisfying was how thoroughly they provided the diagnosis sheets and color charts, so you can easily apply the results to your daily life.
If you want to find your own color or are considering a new look, we highly recommend Jenna Beautywith!
