The scalp examination officially began, and instead of just looking with the naked eye, they used a specialized scalp camera so I could see my scalp’s condition up close—it was really fascinating. The exam revealed that my hair follicles were clogged with dead skin cells, which was gradually causing my hair to thin. While reviewing the images, they explained my scalp condition in detail and in a way that was easy to understand, which made me realize how important proper scalp care is. They also went over care methods and solutions tailored specifically to my scalp, which made me even more excited for the head spa treatment ahead.
Next, they measured my scalp temperature. Since I tend to have a lot of body heat, my scalp was on the higher side. The optimal temperature is usually around 34–35°C, but mine was over 36°C, which made me realize even more how important proper scalp care is.

Now, the head spa officially began. The procedure can vary depending on each person’s scalp condition, so the expert tailors it specifically to you, making it easy to relax and enjoy the treatment. First, I got to smell a variety of aroma oils and choose my favorite scent. Being able to pick the aroma myself made the experience feel even more special and truly relaxing.

I chose the lavender scent, and the aroma oil was carefully applied along my hairline and the back of my neck using a cotton swab. The gentle fragrance instantly helped me relax, giving me the same comforting feeling as being at a professional massage spa.

After the aroma oil was applied, the acupressure massage began. This step is designed to help you relax, and it was done with strong, precise pressure just like a professional masseuse. By the end, my body and mind felt much lighter and completely refreshed.

Next, a soothing mask was carefully applied all over my scalp. It helps soften dead skin cells and balance the keratin layer around the hair roots. Seeing them apply it so thoroughly to every part of my scalp really showed their thoughtfulness and professionalism.

Next, I experienced a water cleansing and steam mist treatment using the head spa machine, complete with carbonated bubbles. It lasted about 10 minutes and was so soothing and refreshing that I almost fell asleep—it truly felt like a full healing experience.

After the water cleansing, they rinsed thoroughly to remove any residue. Then they applied a high-intensity clinic product, and while receiving the treatment, I realized just how important proper hair care is.
