After entering the store and showing my reservation details, I was guided to a waiting area and offered welcome tea and snacks.
It's a small detail, but thanks to the service providing drinks and light snacks, I was able to relax comfortably while waiting for the procedure. The attentive service of asking if I needed more each time I finished was impressive.

Soon after, I was guided to the treatment room where I could receive the head spa.
Inside the procedure room, there is dedicated head spa equipment, so you can receive care right there without having to move elsewhere, which was very convenient.

It was very convenient because I could store my belongings inside the procedure room and easily take out what I needed!

This time, the course the editor will experience is a program consisting of a '15-step head spa,' and before starting, basic personal information was entered through a tablet.

First, the first step was a scalp diagnosis.
By using an AI program, we were able to photograph the bangs, sides, back, and crown with specialized equipment and objectively check scalp conditions such as hair density, dead skin cells, sebum, and odor through data.
It was amazing to see the condition of my scalp with my own eyes, and it made me realize the need for care.

The second step is aroma oil care.
After sampling a variety of prepared scents, the editor provided care using the scent they liked best.
The subtle scent helped me relax, and I felt my body and mind unwind, so I was really satisfied.
After finishing care with aroma oil, the next step is open steaming.

This is the step where remaining residues and impurities are gently washed away using carbonic acid foam, and it lasted for about 10 minutes.
Before the procedure, they placed a warm towel under my neck, so I was comfortable, and I was able to have a healing time as if I were at a massage shop.
