I visited 'Myeongdong Mud' located in Myeongdong today.
'Myeongdong Mud' is an aesthetic shop that runs an integrated care program combining patented scientific ingredients and sophisticated techniques with Korean-style jjimjil therapy.

After going up to the 3rd floor and checking the reservation details, I immediately moved to the 4th floor and changed clothes.
The men's changing room is on the 3rd floor, and the women's changing room is on the 4th floor, so please take note!
'Myeongdong Mud' was very comfortable as it spans four floors from the 3rd to the 6th floor.

After changing clothes, I moved to the 6th floor and enjoyed the steam room for smooth lymph circulation.
Each floor had a well-prepared user guide in various languages, so I was able to use everything right away without getting lost.

The inside of the hanjeungmak was spacious enough for several people to use comfortably.
It was nice that there was also an explanation about the gua sha or products used in the treatment, so I could know in advance about the care I would receive later!

After warming up my body in the Korean sauna, I came outside and did a sitz bath.
I felt as if just sitting there was enough to detoxify my body, and the fatigue of the day seemed to melt away.

After finishing the jjimjil, I moved to the 5th floor, relaxed in the bath, and washed up thoroughly.
You can enjoy not only massages and treatments, but also steam rooms, sitz baths, and saunas!

After coming out of the bath, I put on a robe and went down to the 5th floor.
There were many management offices throughout, and there were also management offices that families, including men, could use together, so it seems like it would be nice to come with your family.

I lay down in the management office on the 5th floor and officially started my treatment.
After exfoliating the face, gently massaging the face with a warm towel already made the editor feel like melting from this point.
