Our Visit
Today, I visited 'Eyes U Studio' for a 'ID photo' and 'personal color profile light' shoot.
'Eyesu Studio' is located about a 3 min walk from Seongsu Station, so it was really nice to be able to explore Seongsu, one of the hottest neighborhoods in Seoul.
When you arrive at the building, a studio sign will catch your eye alongside a digital billboard that looks like a small set.

It was a unique and special studio that also does idol concept photo shoots, so it was fun to see the electronic billboard in front of the building.
Now you can enter the building and go up to the second floor.
The walls of the stairs leading to the second floor were filled with impressive photos of various concepts!
As I climbed up, enjoying each wonderful piece, my excitement for today's shoot grew even more.
As I entered the studio, the sensuous and trendy interior caught my eye, making it feel like I had walked into a cozy café.
Thanks to the cleverly decorated props and spaces everywhere, it was quite enjoyable to explore the studio before the shoot.
As I entered the studio, I was really surprised by the variety of costumes, accessories, and props that were well prepared.
If you have a desired style or props, feel free to bring them along, but even if not, there are so many options here that you can prepare for the shoot without worries, even if you come empty-handed.
The costume rental is provided for free, but since the costumes are mainly based on idol concepts, it's best to prepare your desired style in advance. I also recommend checking out the studio costumes and trying out different styles than usual!
Before the actual shoot, I prepared for the filming by doing my makeup first.
On one side of the studio, there were not only lighting mirrors but also various beauty supplies such as curling irons, combs, and hair spray, making it easy to use.
First, I started with taking the 'ID photo.'
The director provided detailed guidance on the hair and costumes, as well as the expressions and positions of the eyes, so the shoot was wrapped up smoothly in a shorter time than expected.
After the shoot, please proceed with the editing work immediately, dear author.
You not only proceeded with everything smoothly, but you also carefully asked if there were any specific parts I wanted, and you reflected them thoughtfully, which made me really satisfied.
It is said that it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to edit the ID photo.
This is the result you printed after promptly reflecting my requests!
It's been a while since I took a ID photo, and I was really happy to get a picture that feels natural and really appeals to me.
If there is a specific size you need to use, please print accordingly, so it's good to check in advance if there are set sizes like the passport or visa photos from each country.
After printing like this, it's cut nicely right away.
Additionally, I was really surprised that I could get not only the proof photo size but also prints in a larger size by default.
Receiving the gift in such a beautiful envelope made me feel like I was getting a special gift just for me.
This time, the group photo session for those who came together has begun.
Thanks to the author's meticulous help, the group was able to finish the shoot in no time.
After the group also satisfactorily completed the 1:1 correction, the prints came out!
There is a space on the front of the package to write a name, occupation, and date, so we decorated it with our group's emotions.
The package was beautifully designed with care, so I couldn't miss taking photos.
Especially the studio interior matched the atmosphere of Seongsu-dong so well that it looked great no matter where you took the photos, which was even better.

From the proof photos, I was so pleased with the results that I couldn't help but look forward to the next personal color profile shoot.
Not only the shooting space, but also the studio is well-decorated with selfie zones for guests, which enhanced the enjoyment.

We also excitedly took photos while the artist was working on the photos.
This time, I moved to the monitor for the 'Personal Color Profile Light' shoot.
I usually think there would be a separate background, but the shooting method using the monitor was unique and really amazing.
This time, I started the shoot after having a detailed consultation with the artist to decide on the desired colors and style.
It would be nice to have a clear direction, but even if not, communicating with the kind author is not difficult at all, so you don't have to worry.

The highlight of the personal color profile was the wind effect created using a fan.
I didn't realize it while filming, but after seeing the result, I immediately understood why this direction is a signature point that elevates the quality so much.

This time, we decided to proceed in a way that allows the group to shoot and edit together right away.
You actively helped choose outfits, and you even coached us on poses and expressions that look good in photos, so we could shoot comfortably without feeling awkward.
Thanks to the enthusiastic reactions that boosted confidence during the shoot, we were able to finish filming in a joyful atmosphere.
The personal color profile editing work has now started.
Based on the results from the previous shoot, the artist took the initiative to refine everything more carefully and according to the desired atmosphere, so I was able to trust and leave it in their hands.

From the start of the shoot to the finish, the studio's thoughtful care for the guests was felt everywhere.
I also worked hard to capture the results of the personal color profile among the stylish interior throughout the studio.
Today, from the passport photo to the personal color profile, I was able to achieve satisfying results without missing anything, and thanks to that, I had a really enjoyable day!
