Usage, and various benefits that can be obtained are written so please check until the end for those who are applying for language schools :)
What is Creatrip Premium Service?
The Creatrip Premium Service is a feature solely made to actively care the langugae school applicants.
Through the Premium Service , applicants can ask questions or seek help about any confusing parts or uncertainties during the document review stage. ( Premuium Service application process step 2 )
Applicants can seek for assistance durning this stage about questions that they may have about the wholeout process , what documents to prepare based on the applicants situiation . etc. Some examples are listed below

What benefits are included in the premium service?
Premium subscription feature has the following benefits compared to regular subscription feature.
1️⃣ Korean Living Essential Coupon Pack Offered
When you apply to the language school and enter Korea for the first time, there are many essential items that you must purchase before and during the your time in korea.
To use your mobile phone smoothly in Korea, you will need a USIM/ESIM, a transportation card for public transportation, high-speed rail tickets to quickly get to your reserved accommodation from the airport, and many other things to take care of after arriving in Korea.
Creatrip provides essential items at an lower price than other platforms, but premium applicants will also receive a coupon pack that can be applied for additional discounts.
When you use this coupon, you can receive discounts of up to 50% on essential items.
* This coupon will be delivered at the point of final completion after applying to the language school through the premium application service.
2️⃣ Document Q&A Service
Preparing documents is not easy no matter which language school you choose to study in.
Especially for those preparing for studying abroad for the first time, it may be difficult to confirm whether the documents are properly prepared.
When you use the premium application service, you can ask questions directly to the Creatrip operations team during the document upload step (Premium service application process step 3). If you have any questions about preparing specific documents for a particular language school, please organize and ask them. The Creatrip operations team will deliver the answer to your email within 7 days at the latest.
What is the application process of the Premium service ?
The application process of the Premium service is similar to the regular application process, but think of the payment of the application fee as the first step in the process.
All the other process are the same except the fact that the payment of the application fee happens at the beginning of the process.
| STEP. 1 * Basic Process Step3 | Fill out the application form Please select the semester, dormitory application, and basic information. Based on the information you entered, Creatrip will fill out the application form for you so please fill out every single one carefully. |
| STEP. 2 * Basic Process Step1 | Upload scanned copy of the submission Please refer to the list below for the list of documents. Depending on the situation, the school may request additional documents for you to submit. |
| STEP. 3 * Basic Process Step2 | Pay admission fee * The admission fee is paid to the school when registering, separate from the tuition fee. |
| STEP. 4 | Required information and submission documents are reviewed by Creatrip. (It takes 2-5 business days). * if there is a problem with the information you submitted, we will contact you by email. |
| STEP. 5 | If you receive an online document confirmation email from Creatrip, submit an offline document by mail (EMS, DHL, etc). (Postal charge will be paid by the applicant). * If there is no problem with the online submission document, we will request you to submit it offline by email. *When the documents arrive at Creatrip, we will review it one more time and deliver it to the school. | STEP. 6 | Fill out the application form and deliver the documents to the school. After completing the offline document screening, Creatrip will complete the admission and deliver the documents to the school. (The school takes 2-3 weeks to screen each application) |

Q : Can I receive the benefits of the premium application no matter when I apply during the application period?
A : Yes! No matter when you apply , you will be able to receive the benefits of the premium service
Q: When is it best to apply?
A : In order to increase the acceptance rate, it is important to apply as quickly as possible. Even if some documents are missing, CreateTrip will provide consultation and assistance for those parts. However, if you apply late, CreateTrip's ability to provide consultation and assistance may be limited, and it may be difficult to proceed for various reasons.
Q : Can I choose the account to receive the coupon pack?
A : Coupon packs will be delivered to the account used for language school application process. Please note that it is difficult to gift or transfer to another account.
Q : My documents are not ready! Is it okay to use the premium service anyway?
A : Sure! Even if the documents are not ready, you can still use the premium service and the Creatrip team will help you :)
