Our Visit
Today, I visited the artisan burger restaurant 'Burg Burg ' located in Itaewon. It's a burger restaurant appearing on various YouTube programs in Korea and is very popular among locals.
If you would like to dine in-store, please register on the waiting list at the bottom tablet. The store is small, so it takes about 30 minutes per team. If you want to dine in the take-out order or waiting area, just go inside and place your order instead of registering on the tablet for the waiting list. Packaging takes about 10-30 minutes, and there is almost no wait time on weekdays.
I entered the store and placed an order without registering on the tablet waiting list. The store interior was decorated with various cute items.
The ordering machine is available in English and Korean. You can check the menu, and select your desired burger menu to choose additional options. Options are multiple choice so add as many as you want to create your own burger!
While waiting for the takeout order, I found a 'How to Enjoy' poster on the wall while looking around inside. First, roll up your sleeves and put on gloves. After that, hold the hamburger tightly with your hands and enjoy it deliciously!
If you want a coupon, ask the staff for a coupon! Coupons are one stamp per hamburger.
When you collect five stamps, you will be given a coin to do a random capsule draw. While waiting for packaging, you can have fun with random capsule drawing so it wasn't boring! When you collect 10 stamps, you can receive a cute hamburger keychain.
Random capsule contains a variety of cute and lovely items. Be sure to receive the coupon and collect 5 stamps to challenge yourself!
There is also an open kitchen so you can see the cooking process directly, which is nice. Clean cooking utensils and deep frying with oil made me feel relieved to see the sanitary aspect.
Today, I ordered 'Burg Burg Burger + Cheese Add-on', 'Double Burg Burger + Bacon Add-on', 'Hash Burg Burger + Cheese Add-on', 'Fine Burg Burger + Cheese Add-on', 'Original Fries', 'Hot Wings', and 'Drinks'. I also observed the cooking process! First, the employee divided the hamburger patty in half and cooked it until crispy on a pan.
A hamburger that has been deliciously grilled, with plenty of 'Burg Burg ItaewonBranch' sauce sprinkled on top, and topped with pickles and jalapenos. Doesn't it look delicious just looking at it like this?
Very high quality beef is used to make the patty. Make a round shape with the beef and place it on a pan, press it flat and cook until crispy.
Bacon, pineapple, and other ingredients are also grilled with the patty. The whole store was filled with a delicious scent of meat, making me want to eat quickly!
'Burg Burg Burger', 'Hash Burg Burger', 'Fine Burg Burger' all come with one slice of American cheese, so we recommend adding extra cheese if you want to experience the full flavor. Topped with grilled onions melting deliciously on the cheese, the dish is nearly complete!
Deliciously cooked, on top of that, hash browns, pineapple, and bacon, as well as other ingredients are added.

'Burg Burg Burger' is full of the original cheeseburger feel, and it's a menu that everyone will love regardless of age or gender.
Double Burg Burger + Add Bacon
Those who have tried the 'Double Burg Burger,' which is highly praised by everyone who has tried it, can say that it is the essence of a cheeseburger, so full of flavor. Adding bacon to the Double Burg is recommended by the staff, so try adding some bacon!
This may have too many ingredients to eat in one bite, so it's okay to cut it in half and eat
Hash Burg Burger + Cheese Add-on
'Hash Burg Burger' is a menu with crispy fried hash browns inside. Unlike other menu items, this dish contains jalapeno to balance out the greasiness of the hash browns. If you like a crispy texture, I recommend this burger.
Pine Burg Burger + Cheese Add-on
'Pine Burg Burger' is a menu sold exclusively at the Itaewon branch. The combination of pineapples and hamburgers is new, but sweetness of pineapple hitting between sharp cheese and savory meat flavors. If you want to try a new taste, we recommend this menu!

At the store, I grabbed sweet chili sauce, mustard sauce, jalapenos, and pickles to accompany the burger and moved to the waiting area to eat them myself. Summer weather is hot, so they provided cute fans at the store! (May not be provided depending on the store situation.
The waiting area is decorated with lots of hamburger drawings by many people, so it's very cute. And the air conditioner is on full blast so you can enjoy a cool atmosphere and meal even in the hot summer.
There are recycling bins outside the waiting area. After finishing your meal, please separate and clean up neatly.
In the waiting area that can be called 'Burg Burg Art Museum', there are memo pads where you can draw while waiting. Draw a picture on a memo pad before or after meals to show off your artistic skills
Next to the door, there is a QR code that indicates the location of the restroom and a QR code for the inconvenience suggestion box. On the way to the bathroom is a bit complicated, so I will write down the way to the bathroom at the bottom!
A staff member packaged it in a cute hamburger box and also provided clean hygiene gloves for easy eating. Hygiene gloves are a detail I hadn't thought of and was pleasantly surprised!
There is one tip, if you put the side menu in the burger box lid, it is easier to eat.
First, I'll try the 'Burg Burg Burger' with cheese added, which is the basic menu of 'Burg Burg Itaewon Branch'.
'Burg Burg Burger' had a great balance of patty, sauce, and cheese. As soon as you take a bite, the juicy juice of the moist patty flows out and fills your mouth. Bread is moist and soft with juicy meat.
Continuing on, I tasted the 'Double Burg Burger'. This hamburger has so many ingredients in it that it seems hard to eat in one bite, so I cut it in half and ate it. Definitely adding bacon to 2 beef patties makes the meat flavor stronger.
Next, I had a 'Hash Burg Burger'. Thick hash browns are crispy and have a very satisfying texture. The greasiness of hash browns is caught by jalapenos. Personally, adding cheese to this burger seems to be the perfect combination!
Finally, I tried the 'Pine Burg Burger'. Sweet pineapples went in, and the sweet and salty taste seemed to repeat in my mouth.

Hot Wings
Side menu items 'Original Fries' and 'Hot Wings' go very well with burgers. Crispy and clean-tasting 'Original Fry' fried in clean oil has a thick texture. 'Hot wings' have a slight spiciness, but they go perfectly with burgers.
'Hot wings' taste even better when dipped in sweet chili sauce or mustard sauce!
After finishing the meal, we spent a pleasant time drawing popular movie characters on the memo paper on the table. When I come back to this restaurant, it will be fun to look for the hamburger drawing I made!
