Signature Treatment: Zero Drug Loss Rejuran Healer
This is where Project U Clinic fundamentally differs from other clinics offering Rejuran.
What Is Rejuran?
Rejuran Healer is a skin regeneration treatment using polynucleotides (PN) derived from salmon DNA. Unlike fillers that add volume, Rejuran works at the dermal level to repair damaged skin environments, regulate inflammation, and gradually restore skin thickness and elasticity. It is particularly effective for fine lines, enlarged pores, thinning skin from repeated treatments, and dehydration-sensitive skin types.
The Problem with Conventional Rejuran
Most clinics use standard needles (approximately 5mm) and manual injection techniques. This creates a structural problem: if the needle depth is inconsistent, the medication can leak back out through the skin surface or disperse into the wrong layers. This is called "drug loss" — and it directly reduces treatment effectiveness while increasing pain, bruising, and downtime. Most patients are unaware this is happening.

Dr. Lee redesigned the entire Rejuran delivery process from the ground up:
Precision Microneedles: All syringes are fitted with custom 2mm dermal-layer microneedles — 35% thinner than standard needles, calibrated to reach exactly the dermis without going too deep or too shallow. This single change simultaneously reduces pain, minimizes injection marks, and eliminates drug waste.
4D Pain Care System: Pain management is treated as a clinical protocol, not an afterthought. The system includes ultrasound-guided nerve anesthesia, EMLA professional-grade anesthetic cream (deeper penetration than standard lidocaine), algorithm-controlled constant-speed/constant-pressure PRESS injection equipment, and optional sedation for patients who require it.
Precision Dosing: Each injection delivers exactly 0.02cc to the target depth, ensuring uniform distribution across the entire treatment area — which is why patients report consistent, even results rather than patchy improvement.

Post-treatment amenities including combs and a Dyson straightener are also available.

Before any treatment, the clinic performs a full 3D skin analysis using the EVE V precision imaging system. The process takes under a minute — the patient rests their face on the device support while high-resolution imaging captures pore condition, scarring, pigmentation depth, and fine line patterns. Results are presented as a detailed graph with specific problem areas highlighted. Dr. Lee then conducts a one-on-one consultation based on this data to design the treatment plan. The session proceeded in a logical clinical order. First, Premium Water Tox was applied to form a microfilm layer that improves moisture retention and strengthens the skin barrier. Post-Treatment Recovery
The recovery protocol included cooling gel application with ultrasound hydration therapy, a full-face collagen mask covering the eye area, and a rejuvenation laser pass to reduce any remaining redness or bumps. A final layer of medical-grade moisturizer was applied before discharge.
Immediately after treatment, the skin appeared notably more hydrated with minimal visible bumps or redness despite the Rejuran injection. By the following morning, virtually all swelling had resolved.
