Today, I visited the charcoal grill restaurant 'Agoya', a famous meat restaurant in Sangam-dong near Digital Media City (DMC) station. Stylish exterior and premium beef course that can be refilled twice are offered at this upscale restaurant, which is popular among locals.

The owner has been studying charcoal for a long time for the taste of charcoal. Using premium gunpowder imported from Laos, you can taste beef full of charcoal flavor, which is the biggest advantage.

The meat and side dishes are now officially set up. Menu choices include S, C, and B among the 3 courses available. The editor ordered and tried the C Course.

Yukhoe served in the S course at 'Agoya'. The dish includes seasoned raw beef topped with a fresh egg yolk, served in a stylish presentation.

Yukhoe menu is only included in the S course, and if you order it additionally, you will be provided with 200g for the regular menu and 100g for the half menu. Before introducing the meat, I'll first introduce a side menu that tastes even better when eaten together.

In Korea, it is common to eat grilled meat and soybean paste stew together, and this menu is a dish where you can put rice in the soybean paste stew and boil it to eat like porridge.

Cheese Bomb Steamed Egg

Next up is a huge amount of cheese steamed egg. On top of the inflated steamed egg, cheddar cheese goes up. Generously sized to share with friends or family.

Tiger Shrimp Tempura

Finally, it's shrimp tempura. Not just regular shrimp, but black tiger shrimp, so you can taste the true flavor of shrimp. Highly recommended menu.

The staff kindly explained the taste according to the different meat parts, which was nice. Using premium charcoal for grilling gives off a captivating charcoal scent.

Cooked meat should be dipped in special sauce according to your taste. The source provided is made directly in the store, so you can taste the sweet flavor. The meat is of good quality and thick, so you can feel the full flavor of the meat in your mouth.

For pork belly, it is recommended to try it with wasabi added to taste. The best part to eat most simply, so it's good to taste at the beginning of the course.

Thick chadolbagi is another advantage of Agoya, and the crisply cooked meat tastes fantastic when dipped in salt.

The freshly made kimchi served as a side dish is made by the owner's mother herself. After years of research, they have developed a recipe that is most suitable for popular taste. The taste was even more delicious because I could feel the sincerity.

It's time to try the garnish that was placed on the grill with the meat. Garnish includes enoki mushrooms, green onions, onions, cherry tomatoes, and pineapples.

Finally, let me introduce you to yukhoe, which you can enjoy in a kanape style.

When eating grilled meat, it's good to eat it intermittently, and it's also good to eat it as the last order.
