Q : I'm curious about the contract process. Is there a way to sign the contract online ?

A : All contracts can be done through an online process. The Mangrove staff will guide you through the procedure of preparing the necessay papers , signing the contract , paying the deposit ,etc through the online chat system. 


Q : What papers are needed to sign a housing contract? 

A : A copy of your passoport is needed for starters and the Alien Registration Card is not needed


Q : I can't speak korean at all! Is that ok?

A : Yes, all Mangrove staffs are trained with english communication skills so you can talk through English.


Q :  Can Mangrove issue the confirmation of residence if asked? 

A : Yes, once you move in, Mangrove can provide the Certificate for Business Registration, confirmation of residence and monthly rent receipts upon request.


Q : What expenses are included in the maintenance fee?

A : For Sinchon branch, It includes for electricity, water, gas for the shared spaces and wi-fi connection , while utility fees (electricity, gas, water) for personal rooms are charged based on actual usage. For Sinseol branch, all the utility fees (shared space and personal room) are included so that you only pay the monthly rent.


Q : Is payment through credit card or by cash available?

A : Payment through credit card or cash is unavailable. All payment are done by wire transfer regardless of the circumsatnces 


Q : Is it possible to cook inside the Room?

A : In the Sinchon branch, you can cook in the personal spaces as there is a private kitchen in the room. For the Sinseol branch, however, there’s no kitchen in each room but there are the shared kitchens with all the basic kitchenware (dish, plate, rice cooker, microwave, etc) fully equipped for free.
