Our Visit

Today I visited the famous Mirae Hall restaurant located near Hannam Station. Mirae Hall is a famous restaurant with 7 branches nationwide.


When you enter, you can feel a city-like and futuristic atmosphere that suits the name 'Mirae (Future) Hall'.



Mirae Hall Hannam branch has both private rooms and spacious hall, making it a great place for everything from group gatherings to dates.


On one side of the store, you can see the process of dry-aging meat. The aged pork at Mirae Hall Hannam branch is said to be very flavorful meat that has undergone 320 hours of dry aging. There are wines that can bring out a deeper flavor when paired with meat!

As a side dish, various sauces, green onion kimchi, water kimchi, potato salad, etc. are provided.

The unique point that I could feel different from other meat restaurants is the bean sprout stir-fry provided as a basic side dish.

Today the editor ordered a Mirae set of 840g including neck meat 360g, pork belly 180g, pork skirt steak 150g, pork jowl 150g.

Mirae Hall offers grilling services by employees who have received grilling education, allowing you to focus comfortably on your meal.


Can't you feel the thickness of the neck meat at a glance? It was impressive in that they sliced the meat into triangular shapes. When meat is cut into triangles, it is said that the chewiness, tenderness, and juiciness can be felt more evenly.


When you eat meat together with stir-fried bean sprouts, the juicy meat and crispy texture of bean sprouts create a fantastic combination.


Now it's time to try various sauces. Place appropriate amount of salt, ssamjang, spicy red pepper paste, kkaennip mustard greens, and wasabi on top of the plate.


Meat and pollock roe together is a combination I had never thought of before, but it was really delicious with a new taste sensation.


Next, they grilled the pork belly for us. Looking at the sizzling pork belly, I can't wait to try it!


This time, the grilled meat was also placed on top of the bean sprout stir-fry. Samgyeopsal is recommended to be eaten with a combination of myeongran and wasabi, the salty and rich flavor of myeongran and the sharp biting taste of wasabi harmoniously enhancing the flavor of the meat.


This time I tried eating with palace mustard and wasabi and spicy pepper paste. Gungchae Wasabi is a seasoning sauce made by grinding Gungchae and mixing it with Wasabi, combining the crispness of Gungchae with the sharp taste of Wasabi. When you eat pickled peppers with meat, the spiciness captures the greasiness of the meat, so you can continue to eat without getting tired.



Next is the turn to try the chewy and savory taste of pork skirt steak, which is characterized by its chewy texture and mild taste.

Deliciously grilled meat dipped in a special soy sauce boiled on the fire goes really well with the meat.


This time, I tried eating it with one of the best combinations that cannot be missed with meat, myeonyamul. As you chew, the lean flavor of donkkot skirt steak and the refreshing taste of myeonnal greens harmoniously come together.


After eating some meat, I ordered one of the popular side dishes at the Miraehall Hannam branch, the beef country miso rice wine. Put rice in soybean paste stew and cook it. Soybean rice with rice in it is moist and the soup is soaked in each rice grain, so it's not too salty and really delicious.



Fried rice with Seokbakji
Finely chopped Seokbakji, topped with savory cheese and seaweed flakes on fried rice is a special side menu at Mirae Hall Hannam branch. The unique savory taste of Seokbakji, combined with rich cheese and seaweed powder, fills the inside with a harmonious flavor.


Various cuts of meat continue to be paired with different side dishes and eaten in a variety of combinations, so there's no time to get bored!


Cool and crunchy green onion kimchi on top, when eaten, the spiciness of the kimchi and the richness of the meat blend together to create another rich taste. Until the last bite, you could experience a variety of flavors by tasting meat in various combinations.
