April-May Pop-ups

Various pop-ups are happening at the annex, so I moved to the ground market on the basement 1st floor. In Korea, a pop-up featuring 'Life Photos' that sparked a selfie craze and the globally popular character 'BT21' is currently taking place.

Candlelight

The most interesting event among April events seems to be 'Candlelight'. Candlelight Concert is a concert that decorates the stage and audience with thousands of candles, providing a special experience that allows you to immerse yourself in music even more.

You can attend a free performance by registering in advance at the Foreigner Service Center on the 2nd floor of the New Building; limited to two tickets per person. The performance lasts about 65 minutes, with doors opening 40 minutes early and no entry after it begins. Viewers must be at least 10 years old; those under 16 need a parent, and a passport is required for entry. Enjoy Beethoven's masterpieces surrounded by a floral, spring-themed setting at Shinsegae Department Store's Popcorn Hall.

Trinity Garden, on the 6th floor of the Shinsegae Department Store Headquarters, merges an outdoor space with a cafe and restaurant. This garden offers stunning views of N Seoul Tower and features a collection of sculptures by world-famous artists like Louise Bourgeois, Henry Moore, Joan Miró, and Alexander Calder, valued at over 100 billion won. While it's located within Shinsegae, the sculpture garden is open for anyone to visit, not just store customers.
