Our Visit
Today I visited the pub 'Prost' in Itaewon. Prost is a place filled with a unique atmosphere and relaxation that only Itaewon can have.
As soon as you enter, the cool DJ booth full of style catches your eye. Friday and Saturday night DJing goes on after 11 p.m. Inside the store, popular pop songs and hip-hop music, such as commercial music, mainly flow out to liven up the atmosphere.
The interior is very spacious, decorated with hip lighting and a sense of exotic, modern feel. Itaewon's unique freedom and hip atmosphere were so great. People often dance to the music and make new connections as more people gather!
Prost has a very unique atmosphere with various vibes and themes created in each seat. Cute neon sign and pub-like interior elements are full!
Also, there are tables where several people can gather to enjoy drinks, tables for event meetings, and cozy bar tables, so it seems suitable for various purposes of gatherings. Especially when sitting at the bar table, you can enjoy the pub atmosphere watching the bartender making cocktails and preparing draft beer.

This beer is a Pale Ale with a refreshing tropical fruit aroma. A slightly bitter taste coexists, but it's a taste that everyone can enjoy without any problem.
Guinness
Beer lovers have probably tried Guinness Stout at least once. Stout Black beer taste slightly bitter like beer, but the more you taste it, the nutty taste comes out. Drinking it with draft beer made the foam on top smooth and creamy.
Now I'm going to try eating food in earnest with alcohol! They served pickles to eat with the food, and it was very refreshing and delicious.
Seafood Pasta
Shrimp, mussels, clams, garlic, kelp, Bordiga, linguine, served with sourdough baguette pasta.
The sauce blends very well with the deliciously cooked noodles. Try rolling up the linguine beautifully with seafood and enjoy it. Together with the provided pickles, it will taste even better, right?
Cheers Burger
Homemade beef patty, onion, bacon, American cheese in a homemade burger and crispy french fries came out together.
As a signature menu of Prost, the engraving on top is very impressive. Prost Burger's bun and patty are all handmade! Extra juicy and flavorful patty with rich meat taste and deliciously toasted bun seem to create an even more special burger taste.
Cut it in half for easy eating. Can you see the cross-section full of filling? Thick meat patty is fantastic. Handmade burger is most important for the patty, but this burger, the patty was perfect.
Ceasar Salad
Rosemary-scented sous-vide chicken breast, romaine, Grana Padano cheese, bacon chips, and Caesar dressing salad.
Try fresh romaine lettuce with sous-vide chicken breast in Caesar Salad. Tender and delicious chicken breast that doesn't feel stiff in the throat!
Prost is the most suitable place to enjoy the night of Itaewon while enjoying a variety of drinks such as beer, cocktails, and delicious food. Itaewon is the most famous and popular pub, so there are often times when you can't enter at the desired time.
