Busan, situated in the southern part of the country, experiences temperatures above 0 degrees Celsius from March onwards. In simple terms, Busan's seasons transition about half a month earlier than in Seoul.
As a result, cherry blossoms in Busan begin to appear in late March. If temperatures rise sooner, the blossoms may bloom earlier. From late March, the weather becomes quite pleasant, with average temperatures climbing above 10 degrees Celsius. This springtime climate is particularly favored by Koreans.

What to Wear in South Korea: March Edition
