• Gimpo Airport: We will wait with a name board at the entrance of the 1st floor arrival hall of Gimpo Airport.
• Destination (Hotel, Accommodation, etc.): We will wait at the requested location according to the reservation time and address.

Vehicle: Black Starex or Carnival (5-seater / Allowed to board with up to 4 pieces of 28-inch luggage + 2 pieces of carry-on luggage.) (Keep in mind that bringing the maximum number of luggage may limit the available space in the vehicle.)

Your assigned driver will be confirmed 3 days before the scheduled date. Detailed driver information will be provided through the text voucher in My Page > Reservation History, so please be sure to check the voucher before your trip.

The fee is for one vehicle (not per person).

You must provide the correct airport name and destination address for the reservation to be valid.

For airport pickups, you must provide the flight number to prepare for delays caused by weather or other factors.

If your flight is canceled or delayed, please notify the customer center (1877-2025) immediately.

Please check the name board/car type/vehicle number before boarding the vehicle.

Children over 36 months old are counted as adults.

Car seats are available at no additional cost, but only junior car seats for children over 4 years old are provided (not available for children under 3 years old).

Refund Policy

Reservations will be automatically canceled and refunds are not available if the vehicle is not boarded within 1 hour from the scheduled time.

Full refunds will be provided for cancelations due to natural disasters.

Cancelation requests are processed on business days from 09:00 to 17:00, excluding weekends and holidays.

Requests made after 17:00 will be considered as received on the next day, and requests made on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If your flight is canceled or delayed, please notify the customer center (1877-2025) immediately.

Our Visit

This airport pickup service is called Papa Taxi, which allows you to conveniently take a car from the airport to your accommodation, or vice versa. Papa Mobility is a reliable Korean company and a subsidiary of the Kolon Group, which has been officially approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as a platform transportation operator, so you can trust it!

Papa Crew, who has received specialized education in chauffeuring, will comfortably and safely transport you to your destination. In addition, they have drivers who are fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese, so even if you do not speak Korean, you can still use the service comfortably.

The information about the vehicle and the driver will be assigned according to the schedule after the reservation is confirmed. Your assigned pickup driver is confirmed up to 3 days prior to the boarding date, so please make sure to check the voucher before your trip!

Also, the driver will be waiting at the meeting place holding a name board with your name written on it.

When you come out of the airport, the driver will guide you to the vehicle. Just hop on and the driver will take care of your luggage for you! The car trunk can accommodate up to 5 luggage bags measuring a maximum of 28 inches each, or 5 golf bags. Seats can accommodate up to 5 adults.

The vehicle will be either a Carnival or Starex, and they have individual seats, so you can comfortably move to your destination with enough space. Also, if you have a toddler, a car seat will be provided if you let us know when making a reservation.

The car has a mobile phone charger, a bottle of water, and hand sanitizer. It was nice to be able to charge my phone and quench my thirst while traveling!

Additionally, if you take an early morning flight when leaving the country, many people go to the airport the day before and spend the night there. With Papa Taxi, you can safely get to the airport 3-4 hours before your flight. In addition, Papa Taxi does not charge extra for services at night or dawn, making it more reasonable.
