We wonder if everyone often goes to school cafeteria when they are in school~?
Many people give positive reviews to the University of Seoul's cafeteria, so today we want to introduce you all to the student cafeteria in the campus!
University of Seoul has a total of 4 student cafeterias, located in the Student Union Building (1st and 2nd floor), Natural Science Building(자연과학관), and University Center(본부).
And today, we are going to visit the student cafeteria located in the Student Union Building and Natural Science Building!
1. Student Hall 학생회관
Hours: Lunch: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Dinner: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Price: ₩2000 ~ ₩5000 varies

Student Union Building (학생회관) 1st Floor Entrance

After entering, go to the right-hand side of the entrance to the student cafeteria to use the machine to order and collect meal tickets.

Lunchtime is busier than expected. At 11:30 am, people were already lining up in front of the ordering machine, and by 12 pm, the line was very long.
ps: The school cafeteria at the municipal university requires students to use their student ID cards to place orders (both physical student ID cards and digital student ID cards are acceptable).

There are a total of five sections in the school cafeteria here, sections A to E, offering instant noodles, rice bowl dishes, and also regular Korean meals.
The price of instant noodles is approximately between 2000 and 2800 Korean won, while the price of a meal is around 3800 Korean won.

After receiving the meal voucher, go inside and queue at the counter on the left side to collect the meal.

Today I ordered a rice bowl meal. I saw on the meal ticket that it was in section B, so we went to queue in section B.

The editor ordered a Ham Mayo Rice Bowl
Aunties will first help you put the ingredients into a bowl, and then they will serve steamed rice on the side according to your own appetite.

There are also kimchi, side dishes, and soup on the side, all of which are self-service.
This day, the editor's meal is a bit less, personally I feel that the ingredients and sauce are quite salty, I feel like there should be more white rice to mix it up to make it just right.

Most students say that chicken mayonnaise rice is the most delicious. When we went, this dish was also sold out quite early.
In addition, the cold noodles in the school cafeteria are also very famous. Not only delicious, but also priced at only 2,000 Korean won, so they are very popular among students.
아느칸 (2nd Floor Student Hall Cafeteria)
Hours: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM Lunch service only
Price: ₩6000

아느칸(Ahnukan) on the second floor, is mainly selling Western and Japanese dishes, such as spaghetti, pork cutlet, salad, etc. But on the day we went, 아느칸 is still undergoing interior renovations.
The menu is different every day. It seems that there is fried pork cutlet every day, but the beef steak is usually sold out quickly. People who want to eat steak may need to go early~
Here even provides Brunch, which is 6000 Korean Won. According to others' sharing, it not only includes vegetable salad, sausages, and mashed potatoes, but also thick soup and pancakes. It looks very abundant and has a high cost performance.
2. Natural Science Building
Hours: Lunch time: 11:30 - 14:00, Dinner time: 17:30 - 18:30
Price: ₩6000

Coming out of the student union, you can see the Natural Science Building after passing through the Main Auditorium. (You can recognize it as a cylindrical building)
In the first floor of the Natural Science Building, there is also a cafeteria. According to the evaluations of the students from the University of Seoul, the cafeteria here is the most delicious!

Just like before, order and receive your meal ticket from the machine in front of the entrance, then enter from the left side to collect your meal.
Here, there is relatively no long queue like the student union cafeteria earlier, is it because the price is slightly more expensive!?
The menu here only has one option, but the dishes vary every day.

Today's menu is Chungmu Gimbap (rice on seaweed, served with spicy squid and spicy radish)
Entrance also put a model of the menu of the day for everyone to see, very realistic. (Or is it actually real?)

Take the meal voucher and go in to collect the meal, then take a tray at the entrance and place the meal voucher on the counter.

Then go to the side and choose your own portion of self-service dishes
This day, except for the seaweed given by the cafeteria aunt, all the other dishes - vegetables, white rice, and soup - were all self-served.

We personally think there is a wide variety of dishes here, including meat and vegetables.
The side dishes are also very diverse, giving a balanced nutritional feel.

Compared to the cafeteria in the student union, although 6,000 Korean won is a bit expensive, most students give high ratings to the meals here, possibly because they resemble home-cooked dishes.
