How To Use
USIM Activation Guide
- Check the SIM card tray location on your mobile phone.
- Separate the SIM tray by poking it with a SIM ejector pin.
- Separate the SIM card.
- Check the shape of the SIM card and SIM tray, then insert the SIM accordingly.
- Fully insert the SIM tray into the phone.
- Restart the phone (for carrier frequency transmission).
- Select "Confirm" when the data roaming popup appears.
- Verify the normal usage of the mobile network on the upper right side of the SIM card.
USIM Compatible Devices
Only compatible with models that have a USIM module integrated into the device.
Refunds are not possible due to incompatibility reasons. Please check your device compatibility before making a purchase.
More compatible devices may be added later based on the manufacturer's policies.
Devices with a country lock cannot use USIM services. Please unlock the device before use.

Go to Settings➜ General ➜ About
If it shows "No SIM restrictions" under the carrier lock section, the country lock is lifted.
If locked, please request an unlock from your current carrier.
FAQ
Can I make international phone calls and send international SMS?
After separate charging, you can make international phone calls and use international SMS. To send, enter (002)+country code+recipient's mobile phone number (excluding the initial '0').
International call rates by country (Check here).
International SMS usage fee: 165 KRW per message (including VAT), up to 80 bytes can be sent (if exceeded, sending is not possible).
Can I use roaming service abroad?
Prepaid plans do not provide roaming service.
I inserted a USIM but cannot use my mobile phone.
Turn off and on the power 3-4 times.
If a recently activated SIM card works when inserted into another up-to-date mobile phone after turning the power off and on, reinsert the SIM card into the mobile phone you will use.
Visit an LG U+ store for POS activation (you have to first ask to check if the store has a POS machine. POS activation involves reading the SIM card on a reader for activation).

What is included in the basic voice service?
Basic voice service means that no call charges apply for numbers eligible for basic service.
If you make calls to numbers not eligible for basic service, call charges will apply.

If I signed up with a foreign passport, how long can I use the service?
For subscribers with foreign passports, the service is available for a maximum of 3 months.
If you have obtained a foreigner registration card within that period, you can apply for a name change and extend the usage period to match your stay duration.
Which network does DoSiRak Mobile use?
DoSiRak Mobile is an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) that uses LG U+ network.
