Reservation date and time must be strictly adhered to.
If you are more than 10 minutes late from the reservation time, the reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be given.
The photo files sent via email have a specified period in which they can be downloaded. You cannot download them once the period has expired.
It is absolutely prohibited to arrive late with a 100% reservation system.

If you make a reservation and come, the artist will recommend a hanbok that matches your image, style, and preferred color. After selecting a Hanbok, you can do your hair to match the Hanbok. When taking pictures, at first, the facial expressions and movements may feel awkward and unnatural, but the photographer instructs and guides you on poses and expressions, so they come out naturally! After taking all the photos, you select the photos with the artist. If they are similar and you can't make the decision, the photographer will recommend a photo that the you look better in.
