The global concierge is located on the basement floor of Lotte Department Store Myeongdong Main Branch, and it was completed in August, so the interior facilities are pleasant and clean.

If you go down to the basement floor, there is a concierge sign, so you just need to follow it.

The condition for entering the concierge is for customers who have purchased more than 1 million won on the same day.

Inside the concierge, there are goods provided by the National Museum of Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation, such as teacups designed with traditional Korean patterns and traditional Korean paintings, on display.

A kiosk is prepared inside for convenient use.

OPS is a famous bakery that started in Busan, known for its traditional French bread made using natural fermentation. Their bread offers a unique combination of chewiness and simplicity, coupled with a crispy and nutty texture—a true representation of authentic French baking.

At Jeonju Pungnyeon Confectionery, you'll find a wide array of rich and diverse food items and snacks, all carefully crafted using traditional handmade methods. From authentic Korean-style sweets to adorable lettering cakes, original jeonbyeong, and homemade chocolate pies, there's something to satisfy every craving and indulge in a delightful snacking experience.

We got hungry and decided to grab a bite and chose a popular Kalguksu (Korean knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant called Veteran, known for its origin from Jeonju Hanok Village.

Veteran is a renowned brand famous for its convenient dishes like Kalguksu and Jjolmyeon. Their Kalguksu stands out with its thick and chewy noodles complemented by perilla powder, and it's also known for its generous portion size. We had the Kalguksu and Soybean Noodles. It was super delicious! 

Throughout the department store, you can find services that you can use to make your visit more comfortable like these lockers! If you have luggage or bags you need to store, you can find them at the basement floor. 

The department store houses all kinds of trendy brands so you'll definitely have a lot of fun shopping here! 

The Duty Free section is located on the 10th floor to the 12th floor, so keep that in mind when you make your visit. 

After returning to the 1st floor, you'll find a textile refurnishing service near the Luxury Goods section. Remember to bring your passport for the service after making your purchases! Next to the textile refurnishing service, there's a passage that leads to Avenuel. Shall we head to Avenuel now?

Lotte Department Store brought in the luxury stores from within the premises and created a dedicated luxury goods section, which is now known as Avenuel.

On the 1st floor of Avenuel, you'll find a variety of overseas boutiques. The 2nd floor is home to international watch and jewelry stores, while the 3rd floor offers a diverse range of international jewelry, accessories, and a convenient department store connection passage. As you head up from the 4th floor, you'll discover an array of lifestyle stores, including Korso Komo, Lotte Cinema, Nike, and more.

At EMStar Shop, you can find a wide selection of K-POP albums. Additionally, the large screens within the stores offer an interactive experience, allowing customers to browse through photos of various idols and even send hearts by clicking on their favorite idol's image.

Popmart is a delightful store where adorable figures are displayed and brought to life, making it a truly enjoyable sightseeing experience.
