Refund Policy
Cancelation 3 days before departure: 100% refund.
Cancelation 2 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancelation afterwards: Non-refundable.
Cancelation due to force majeure: Full refund.
※ Cancelation requests are processed on business days from 09:00 to 17:00 (KST).
※ Requests received after 17:00 will be considered as received on the following day, and requests received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
※ In the event of flight cancelation or delay, you should inform the customer center immediately upon becoming aware of the situation.

• Solati (Accommodates up to 10 individuals, including their luggage, up to 10 pieces of 24-inch carry-on baggage)

Included: Airport pickup dedicated vehicle, chauffeur, fuel costs, toll fees, driver's tip.

Not included: Guide, traveler's insurance, personal travel expenses, additional stops during the journey, additional charges for going outside the operating area.

Please provide the following information for booking: Passenger's full name in English, flight number, meeting time, hotel address (destination address).

To account for delays due to weather or other factors, please ensure that the flight number is provided.

Please provide the accurate airport name and destination address for a successful reservation.

Once the booking is confirmed, please review the voucher in your reservation details. The voucher will include the driver's name, phone number, and vehicle number.

Please provide the exact name for the driver to hold a picket sign.

The driver can communicate at a basic level in English (translation app available).

For arrival transfers, please set the pickup time 1-2 hours after the estimated flight arrival time, considering immigration procedures.

For return transfers, please set the pickup time 3-4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time, considering check-in procedures.

Please note that additional charges may apply for extended waiting time.

Before boarding the vehicle, please confirm the vehicle's license plate and model.

Children aged 36 months and above are considered as adults in terms of the number of individuals.

Meeting point for arrivals at Incheon Airport Terminal 1:

You will meet your assigned chauffeur in front of Gate 10 (Indoor) at Incheon Airport Terminal 1, and will get on the car. 

Meeting point for arrivals at Incheon Airport Terminal 2:

You will meet your assigned chauffeur in front of Gate 5 (Indoor) at Incheon Airport T2 and will get on the car.
