It refers to a figure that predicts the probability of future accidents based on insurance accident statistics that have occurred over a certain period of time in the past. In particular, certain probabilities such as death or disease of an individual at a certain point in time are predicted and applied to the calculation of insurance premiums, and generally, if the expected risk rate is high (low), insurance premium rises (becomes lower)
