You often see Nami Island included in tour packages along with other attractions in the nearby area. The truth is, Nami Island can be accessed by the subway from Seoul and isn't too hard to get to. Nami Island is beautiful all year round and has distinctive characteristics each season!
Flowers blossom all across the park in the spring. The metasequoia trees are lush and bright green in the summer. It's literally the best place to see the fall foliage and it's covered in a white blanket of snow in the winter!
Nami Island is accessible by subway on the ITX Cheongchun Line from Yongsan Station(1 hour).
Things to Keep In Mind
Nami Island is open 365 days a year. Please bring your passport for identification.
Your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and a voucher will be visible on your [My reservation] page and will be sent along with the confirmation email.
Infants under 36 months can enter free of charge if they can prove their age (passport, etc.). Each adult can accompany one infant (under 36 months).
The issued voucher can be used once within the valid period. It can be used on both weekdays and weekends.
- Adult/Child Pass Validity Period: Until May 31, 2024
- Teen Pass Validity Period: Until April 30, 2024
Please keep in mind that this ticket cannot be refunded once the voucher is sent out.
The voucher includes a QR code. Please present your voucher to an employee at the Nami Island 'Immigration' Booth. The voucher must be checked by an employee as it must be presented on separate devices.
Please arrive by 18:00 at the Nami Island 'Immigration' Booth to scan your voucher. Due to the park's policy, vouchers (QR code) cannot be scanned after 18:00.
If you want to enter the park after 18:00, you will need to purchase tickets additionally on-site.
The admission pass includes a round-trip ferry ride to the island. The ferry ride takes approximately 5-10 minutes.
Ferry and park operation hours are subject to change due to weather conditions. If you cannot enter the island due to the non-operation of the ferry/park, a 100% refund is available.

The admission pass includes entry to Nami Island and the round-trip ferry ride.
The ferry operates every 30 minutes during 08:00 - 09:00, every 10-20 minutes during 09:00 - 18:00, and every 30 minutes during 18:00 - 21:00.

Nami Island is an island located in Gapyeong so a ferry ride is needed to access the park! Look at the scenic views of Gapyeong as you ride the ferry to the island.
There is so much to do at the island, so a full day is needed! It is recommended to rent bikes so you can explore each and every crevice! You can also walk around the park leisurely and enjoy the calm ambiance.
