Things To Keep In Mind
The boarding criteria is based on adults, with a maximum of 7 adults allowed per boarding. As for carry-on luggage (based on a 28-inch size), a maximum of 6 pieces are allowed for boarding.
You must make a reservation at least 4 days in advance.
The driver will be waiting with a picket with your name, so please be sure to enter your name accurately!
Please book the service time 1-2 hours after your scheduled flight arrival time, considering the arrival procedures.
When returning, please set the pick-up time 3-4 hours before the departure time of the flight, considering the departure procedures.
If delay times are long, there may be additional charges.
Please be sure to check the license plate and car type before getting in the car.
Children over 36 months of age are the same price as adults.
Please confirm an international roaming service or messenger app account that you can be contacted at (LINE, Whatsapp, Kakao, etc.)
Only accommodations located within Seoul and Gyeonggido(Bucheon, Anyang, Gwacheon, Ansan, Seongnam, Suwon) are available for this service (ex: hotels, guesthouses, etc.).

Refund Policy
Cancelation 8 days before departure: 100% refund.
Cancelation 7 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancelation 6 days before departure: No refund
If you would like to change or cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service center during business hours. (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, closed on weekends and national holidays.)
Reservation changes cannot be made within 24 hours of departure.

After your reservation is confirmed, you will be contacted at the messenger ID you've provided 1-3 days before your reservation date. The message will contain your reservation information, which includes the driver's name, phone number, and license plate. |
