DMZ Third Infiltration Tunnel Tour
Spend a day learning all about North and South Korea's heartbreaking past!
Imjingak Resort is where tourists can find the remains of the Korean War. Don't get fooled by the name, it is not a resort. It is where the devastation and sorrow of the divided two Koreas remain after the Korean War. It is only 7 km away from the DMZ, meaning it is right by the border of North Korea, so naturally, remains of the Korean War scatter across the area. Tourists interested in catching a glimpse of the historic event flood the Imjingak Resort every year.

With how fast Korea has developed into one of Asia's biggest cities, it's easy to forget how recent the Korean War was. The Korean War ended in 1953, which is only 69 years ago. There still are people who have lived through the war. The Korean peninsula was split into two, and families were divided, leaving behind devastation and despair.
Imjingak Resort is 7 kilometers away from the DMZ and is the first stop on this tour. This is the epicenter of tourism regarding the Korean War.
The remains of a train that used to run through the Korean peninsula to the very top at Sinuiju are displayed at Imjingak.
Go through the Third Infiltration Tunnel and look at North Korea through a telescope at Dora Observatory.
Furthermore, when booking the C course, you will have the opportunity to ride the Gondo. For the C course, lunch will be provided, and you can choose between Janchi Guksu (noodle dish) or Bibim Guksu (spicy mixed noodle dish).
Educate yourself about the Korean War and learn more about the relations between the two countries on this tour!
