Things to Keep In Mind
This ticket is a pass for one ATV. If two adults want to ride a separate ATV each, purchase 2 tickets of the '1 Adult' passes not 1 '2 Adults' pass.
You must be at least 13 years old to ride alone. Elementary school students and younger can only ride with adults for safety reasons.
Reservations must be completed at least 2 days prior.
You can get a full refund up to 7 days before the reserved date. Please note that you cannot get a refund 5 days before the reserved date.
If you would like to change the date or time of the reservation due to personal reasons, let us know 3 days prior at help@creatrip.com.
Pregnant women, physically weak people, and drunk people are prohibited from boarding. In case of physical abnormalities before and after the experience, you must notify and check with the manager.
Please prepare long sleeves, long pants, and sneakers. No slippers and high heels.
You must complete the instruction on how to operate an ATV and follow the safety guide.
