- Reservations can be made two days before the departure date.
- Refunds can only be made 3 days before, and are invalid after that.

- This product includes a round-trip bus ride, hotel accommodation, ski lessons, lift tickets, equipment and clothing rental costs, welcome kits, and wellness yoga costs.
- This product does not include personal food expenses and traveler's insurance. Gloves and goggles are not included, so travelers must bring their own.
- Those who wish to participate in the Crazy Ski Festival must bring their own costumes.
- The itinerary may be changed on the day depending on the weather and traffic conditions. Please follow the travel agency's instructions after confirming the reservations.
