The first restaurant is Sopoong on Jjukkumi, which created a new dish on the Cheorwon episode of Alley Restaurant.

You can enjoy jjukkumi (spicy stir-fried webfoot octopus), seasonal vegetable rice, and mussel soup for only 11,000 won! In the broadcast, Jeon Somi enjoyed eating the stir-fried webfoot octopus wrapped with seaweed.

They just wrapped rice in seaweed so that it'd be easy to eat, and you use skewers to eat it with side dishes, such as kimchi and fish cake.
