Police have arrested a man who illegally filmed up women's skirts by placing a tiny hidden camera between his toes.

According to the police, on November 4th, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's subway police arrested a man (31 years), who was accused of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (filming using cameras, etc.) on the 31st of October.

It was investigated that this man filmed under women's skirts with a micro camera inside the subway station from the end of August to the beginning of October. It was found that he illegally filmed the women by putting a hidden camera between his toes while wearing sandals. 

It is reported that there are about 30 victims. The police received a report from a victim that she seemed to have been illegally filmed at Seoul Station and analyzed nearby CCTVs to identify the suspect. He was arrested in his residence on October 29. 

The police confiscated eight storage devices, including ultra-small cameras and mobile phones, that he had and are confirming the specific crime. The police plan to hand over the man to the prosecution soon.
