Making changes to your diet for better health is an amazing act of self-care.
However, we know how hard it can be to stick to when going out with friends.
To help you out, we've put together a list of diet-friendly beverages you can enjoy at popular Korean cafe's, so that you don't have to stress about it, or miss out on quality time with friends.
Double Berry Sparkling
더블베리 스파클링

Price: 5,700 won
Calories: 158
Hollys Coffee is a popular chain cafe that can be found all over.
For a low calorie option, we recommend the Double Sparkling Berry.

Sweet and tangy blueberry and strawberry flavors with Korean sparkling mineral water.
Don't forget to stir well!
Unicorn Magic Ade
유니콘매직에이드 핑크

Price: 3,500 won
Calories: 151.38
Another popular and commonly seen coffee spot, Mega Coffee, offers this fun low cal drink.

The colors make this drink seem like something out of Wonderland.
The taste itself is tart and lemony - nice and refreshing.
Aside from being a good low cal option, it makes for some great photos as well!
Green Grape & Lemon Kombucha
콤부차 청포도레몬

Price: 3,500
Calories: 120
Ediya Coffee shops can be found everywhere in Korea.
They have a wide range of drink, and for those watching their diet, we recommend the Green Grape & Lemon Kombucha.

The lemon flavor in this is quite strong.
It would be great for relieving bloating after eating a meal.

You can drink it over ice if you want, which is what we recommend as it makes it even more refreshing.
Orange & Grapefruit Black Tea
오렌지자몽블랙티

Price: 3,500
Calories: 110
Paik's is popular for their affordable drinks and the fact that it is owned by celebrity chef Baek Jong-won.

The drink we recommend from Paik's is the Orange & Grapefruit Black Tea, which is very popular among Koreans.
The drink is 600ml (around 20oz), so for just 3,500 it's a very cost effective choice too.

This drink is moderately sweet and includes 2 tea bags and orange slices, which make it very fragrant.
Orange Grapefruit Juice
오렌지자몽주스

Price: 6,000 won
Calories: 110
Low calorie smoothies like A Twosome Place's Orange Grapefruit Juice are trending right now in Korea.

The colors are beautiful and remind us of a sunset, with the red grapefruit at the bottom and the orange on top.

It's best in our opinion to stir them together for optimal flavor.
This combo is bright and refreshing, a perfect energizing, low cal drink!
Grapefruit Sparkling Ade
자몽 스파클링 에이드

Price: 4,000
Calories: 101
The popular coffee shop Yogerpresso has another low calorie drink we'd like to recommend - the Grapefruit Sparkling Ade.
It even comes with a cute little note of positivity from the store.

This may have been our favorite not just low calorie drink, but in general.
It has intense sweet and sour grapefruit flavor and is wonderfully refreshing.
Cold Brew Latte
콜드브루 라떼

Price: 5,500 won
Calories: 100
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is of course known for it's coffee and while black coffee is always an option on a diet, if you're looking for something more, they've got a Cold Brew Latte that is low in calories.

The flavor is quite mild, so if you like a strong coffee flavor, you might want to skip this one.

Those who like a very light taste, we recommend the Cold Brew Latte.
Passion Tango Tea Lemonade Fizzio
패션탱고티레모네이드피지오

Price: 5,400
Calories: 65
And of course we had to include Starbucks.
Many Korean Starbucks locations are uniquely designed and are worth checking out if you're a fan or if you just like cool cafes and concepts.

Our low cal recommendation for Starbucks is the Passion Tango Tea Lemonade Fizzio - just 65 calories!

It's refreshing and great for those who don't like overly sweet drinks.
The lemony flavor is complemented by the milder passionfruit nicely and makes for a lovely shade worth snapping a few photos of.
