This popular ice cream shop known for their delicious homemade treats and unique designs is Bistopping.

It is very easy to get to Bistopping via subway.
Just take the orange line (line 3) to Sinsa Station.
If you come out of exit 4, it's about a 7-minute walk to the shop.
Bistopping is a small, homemade ice cream shop.
Its unique ice cream decorations are what makes this place very popular with both locals and tourists.
By the time we arrived at Bistopping, it was past noon.
There weren't that many customers, which meant we could take lots of pictures!
As we were about to walk into the shop, we noticed all of these signs on the door.
These signs were for different payment options like Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Naver Pay, which are very convenient for tourists who may not have much cash on them.
Another sign that caught our eye was from the Ctrip Gourmet List.
In 2019, Bistopping was recognized by Ctrip, which is a Chinese multinational online travel company.
We were getting excited to try out their ice cream!
Bistopping is a small shop, so there are only four tables inside.
There was some outdoor seating, but that area was small as well.
Even though it is small, Bistopping decorates ice cream cones like no other shop.

What makes Bistopping so popular is how customers can create their own ice cream cone design.
Let's make our own ice cream cone design!
First, you choose what ice cream flavor you want.
The ice cream at Bistopping is homemade, and there are four flavors: milk, yogurt, strawberry yogurt, and chocolate.
There's also a half and half option where you can get two flavors on the same cone.
For our flavors, we chose strawberry yogurt and milk.
The next step is to choose your cone.
While a regular cone is free, the design cones are 2,500 won each.
If you'd like to enjoy just the ice cream, then you can get your order in a cup.
There were 20 different ice cream cones to choose from!
Each one had its own unique design.
After looking at all of the options, we chose cone #7 and cone #10.
The shop owner told us that they make each cone right when the customer orders it.
The final step is choosing a decorated cookie.
It was so much fun looking at all of the different cookie designs.
Depending on the size and design of the cookie, the prices can vary.
Given how detailed each cookie was, we thought that they may be expensive, but the starting price was 400 won.
The most expensive cookie that we saw was 3,000 won.
Not bad, right?
The cookies also came in different flavors according to what color they are.
For people who have food allergies, please take note of which cookies to avoid ordering.
While we were waiting for our order, we noticed different Japanes travel magazines on display recommending Bistopping.
Some of the articles highlighted how this shop was recommended by EXO, WINNER, and EXILE AKIRA.
After about five minutes, our orders were ready.

In total, our second ice cream cone cost 7,700 won.
The milk ice cream was very soft and sweet.
The only downside was that it melted pretty quickly, so we had to eat it fast.
There are also cup designs available, which are super cute and not too expensive.
Bistopping also has beverages.
We had so much fun designing our ice cream cones.
We were really happy with how they turned out.
