On June 4th, the Korean romantic comedy film Sweet & Sour premiered on Netflix worldwide. 

The film tells the story of a nurse Da-eun, played by Chae Soo-bin, and her patient Hyuk, played by Jang Ki-yong, who fall in love and begin a long-distance relationship.

After he recovers and starts a new job at a company, Bo-yeong, played by Krystal Jung, is introduced. 

She is very competitive and works long hours with him, which makes Da-eun start doubting their relationship.

Will anything happen between the two? 

Who will Hyuk choose?

The film director, Lee Gae-byok, who worked on the shows Cheer Up, Mr. Lee and The Beast and the Beauty, commented that although there are many exciting romantic scenes in the film, it also touches on the reality of balancing work opportunities and relationships.

The teaser for the film shows Hyuk struggling to pick between the two charming women in his life. 

Da-eun and Bo-yeong have completely different personalities. 

Da-eun is very warm and comforting, although she may seem cold at times.

Bo-yeong on the other hand is a city girl that is surprisingly very simple and knows how to appreciate the little things. 

When the trailer was first released, Jang Ki-yong's character, Hyuk was depicted as a very honest man and the actor revealed that he related to him at times.

However, after more clips were released of Hyuk struggling to choose between the two women in his life, actor Jang Ki-yong jokingly apologized for his character's indecisiveness which drew a lot of laughter from the crowd.

Sweet & Sour takes a realistic approach to modern dating life and will have the audience feeling frustrated at times. 

The plot of the movie reflects individuals that are in love with each other, but also are focused on their careers. 

It even aroused heated discussions on the Internet.
