Today we'll be taking you to a popular restaurant in Danyang with the best garlic tteok-galbi, a Korean beef dish made with minced beef short ribs. 

It's a very popular traditional dish in Danyang.

The restaurant we visited is called Dawon (다원), which is known for its delicious garlic tteok-galbi and boasts a beautiful view.

Dawon restaurant specializes in garlic tteok-galbi and the menu mostly centers around it.

There are other meals you can order that go well with the tteok-galbi, such as bibimbap or cold noodles.

For the tteok-galbi menu, you must order at least 2 servings. 

And you can choose between spicy or sweet flavors.

For dinner, Dawon is open from 5:30 PM but if you want to grab a window seat with a nice view, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes earlier.

There is a seating area with chairs and another area where you can sit on the floor.

The space is very bright, thanks to the huge windows.

After waiting for about 30 minutes, the food was ready.

The tteok-galbi set that we ordered consisted of cold noodles and bibim noodles.

Although the cost of the food may be more expensive than other places, it was well worth it in my opinion! 

Eating special garlic tteok-galbi in Danyang while looking out at this view is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Perhaps it's because the restaurant uses high-quality meat and that's why the price is quite high.

Even if you don't like garlic, you can definitely enjoy this delicious dish.

The meat was very juicy!

For anyone who wants to enhance the taste of the garlic, you can wrap the tteok-galbi in lettuce and add in some extra garlic.
