    First I would rate this hotel a whopping 5 stars because of the location only. I would say, it's one of the most prime locations in Suwon, connected to AK Plaza and Suwon station through the first floor lobby. So you can catch either the subway or railroad to go anywhere in the country. Also the AK Plaza is a very good mall for clothing stuff and even has entertainment options. The Suwon station has multiple eating outlets like KFC, etc. and convenient stores like Daiso, CU, etc. Also you will find Lotte mall on the backside of the hotel. Hence you will never feel bored while residing in the hotel. There is also a bus stop just in front of the hotel and a taxi stop just at the exit of Suwon station. You can also find street food in the lane opposite the hotel, and it's a nice location for hanging out. Now coming to the services, all the staff are very polite and extremely cooperative, even despite the language barrier. The rooms are of decent size, with all the basic amenities. The washroom is also equipped with Japanese bidet and bath tubs (though not present in all the rooms). Food is also just awesome. The breakfast has lots of items to offer. For supper, I was on an Indian diet, which was nice in taste, though the dishes were very repetitive. Hence, to sum up, if you are a tourist, you can blindly go for Novotel Ambassador.

    Amazing place to stay. Extremely convenient location with AK Plaza, Suwon Station and 7/11 next door. Only issue i had was the A/C wasn't enabled during our visit in Winter.

    This Novotel is located centrally within Suwon, adjacent to Suwon station(KTX and subway lines 1&9). Room is decent sized, clean with comfortable bed and bedding. What I really enjoyed during my 5 day stay was the gym and sauna. Gym is well equipped with dumb bells and machine weights. All equipment seems to be quite new and modern. Sauna/public bath is small but clean with hot baths and a dry sauna which I used on a daily basis after the gym session. One shout out is to the staff who shipped my laptop charger which I left in my hotel room. Cleaning crew picked it up promptly after I checked out and by the time I called, they had it. They then promptly shipped it my next destination so that really saved me from any work stoppage. Thanks Novotel Ambassador Suwon!

    Had a pleasant stay. Hotel staff is pleasant and courteous. Breakfast and Dinner options available are good. Best part is connectivity to multiple locations e.g. Lotte mart, AKZ Plaza, Suwon Station, Airport Limo stop opposite to it. Stayed in King Deluxe Room. Room has Mini bar, Snacks, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Safe availability.

    The breakfast is great. The room cleaning is average. The laundry put a hole in my clothing with stapler directly onto the clothes. They also lose my drawstring when doing the laundry. And they took like 30 minutes or more to send me a spoon and fork
