This was the hotel my girlfriend and I stayed in Seoul for 3 nights, and we both enjoyed our stay here. Jongro Amare Hotel was clean, and more importantly it was located at a good location, near a big metro station (종로3가) that could lead us to many places
I'd recommend this hotel if you're staying in Seoul! Pretty affordable too, and they serve complimentary simple breakfasts5

Very nice place. We stayed here for 6 nights and were overall satisfied. The cleaning of the room was amazing, we got a freshly new made bed every day! The rooms offer good space and the electronic equipment is a high standard. We were able to warm up food in a microwave by the reception, which also was thought out well. The breakfast had all you need for the day, it was enough of a choice.

Location is okay. Five mins walk to metro station. Rooms are small. We stayed 10th floor. They have rooftop which has normal view. Breakfast is including a few things. One type egg, mashed potato, butter, sausage etc. The toilet smelled of cigarettes. WiFi is good. The price is also good compared to other places.4

Room interior was pleasant, but the presence of two dusty computers made it unpleasant. The keyboards were in dire need of cleaning. The breakfast left much to be desired, while the service was satisfactory. Great location with an abundance of street food options, and the subway station is conveniently nearby.3

Just checked in. The tv was huge! Japan type bidet toilet. Netflix is free. Update later what breakfast they will serve. Well breakfast was simple egg, bread and butter and some vegetables. And coffee & juices. I’ve been observing the lady in the breakfast counter, she been using the same gloves all the time. She washes the dishes, cook fried eggs, open the fridge and touching the bread, tomatoes and vegetables without changing the gloves.
You cannot request for another fried egg. It’s one fried per day of stay.
My second day here. The room has distinct smell. I don’t what it is but it won’t go away. I have to turn on all the exhaust fan to at least help out this distinct odor. Great value but not great. The room just the right size for us compared to Fairfield Marriott hotel in Yeongdeungpo.
