The location is not bad as long as the bridge leading to Daebudo is not blocked. There is also Turtle Island, so it is good for taking a walk. The Cielo room is perfect. Make sure to book a room with a sea view. Even if you pay more, it's worth the money. The terrace is also good. But the rooftop swimming pool costs 30,000 won? It's too expensive. 10,000 won is a reasonable price. It's really just for taking pictures, no more than that. Breakfast is free, the rooms are clean, and the soundproofing is good except for the entrance door. You can hear the hallway sounds well. Cost-effective Intention to revisit O Recommend by a friend

Pros: Clean, friendly rooms, average view Cons: Due to construction nearby, there isn't much to eat. Water is difficult to find. Good value for money using your own car

So the hotel is currently located in a ghost city with very little open and a few resturants but it's walking distance from Wave Park...so that is a major plus. The room itself was beautiful, unfortunately the bathroom smelled like raw sewage the entire time. It got worse and worse throughout our 3 night stay. On the last day I couldn't even be in the room. They offered no compensation. There is heavy duty loud construction with noxious chemical smells everytime you step outside your room. The skyline pool and spa were empty. So no hot tub sunsets or muscle relaxationafter a day at the park. I definitely wouldn't stay here again for a year or two.
