The rooms here a clean and comfortable. They do need an upgrade as they are a little dated but that is just cosmetic. Wanted to have a bottle of wine and wine glasses were supplied but no bottle opener. lucky I had one with me. Nice that they supply a coffee machine instead of just the standard instant coffee. Would love to see some better quality extras in the way of toilet paper and tissues. The buffet breakfast has everything on offer but not so great, as food that should be hot was cold. It is in a great location walking distance to everything and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel was great. We booked a family room (two double beds), stayed on the 18th floor, had a great view of the city area and a part of the beach. The hotel was very easy access to nearby shopping and trams for transport as well. The buffet breakfast is excellent too, with eggs done on demand, and a wide spread of popular breakfast foods. I loved my stay. Thank you!

During our stay, we encountered following issues which we were not expecting in a superior room. 1. Outdated carpet: has stains which looks ugly and it looks like that the cleaner is not doing a good job as we can see dust all around the room, along the edges of the carpet. 2. Sink: We were not at all pleased with the fact that we had to wake up to a clogged sink every morning/evening when we used the sink. Water does not drain down the sink properly. We had to wait for the water to drain. 3. Broken switches in the bathroom near the sink. 4. Coffee: Not at all happy with the coffee from the coffee machine during breakfast buffet. Although the breakfast was good. 5. Service during breakfast buffet: I strongly feel that the wait staff should check/see if the guests are still attending to the food on the table. I was surprised when the wait staff cleared my food ( a full plate of breakie) when I returned after grabbing a tea- I was just gone for a couple of minutes. I understand that they want the tables to be cleared but not in this way especially when the plate was full of food. On the good side, we loved the view from our room and the location was easily accessible to all the places where we intended to visit. The lady receptionist was kind enough to meet our needs ( thank you for freezing the ice pack 🙂)

Stayed here due to family also staying here. Room was comfortable. Buffet was sufficient and chefs were great. Stayed 4 nights. Linen was collected third day but not replaced in full. Very old building with many cracks and chips on the outside. Great location!!

We stayed in room "2304" which was apparently called "Deluxe". It was far from "Deluxe". For starters the room safe doesn't work. We had to first had to go through one door to get to our room door. At night the light came through the bottom of the door, which then refected in the mirror wardrobe door. We had to get a towel from the bathroom to stop the light entering. The balcony door is not noise proof. At night when it was windy the door would rattle and disturb our sleep. The online photos of the room is exaggerated to make it look bigger than it is. At least the king size bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good.
