The owner is friendly and the room is, needless to say, in excellent condition. When you go to the barbecue hammock, all you have to do is bring your body and the owner prepares everything.
The pool is clean and the spa is really great.5

A pension where you can spend a comfortable and pleasant healing time.
The food is delicious, it's nice to be able to cool off in the summer in Yongchu Valley in front, and you can also climb Yeoninsan Mountain next door.
It was also nice to be able to experience nature with the kids because there were rice fields nearby.
In the summer, you can also use the nearby Yongchu Park camping site and bungalows at a low price.
If you don't drive, you can conveniently go grocery shopping by taking the ITX or subway and getting off at Gapyeong Station and using the pick-up service.
I especially like the surrounding environment around Gapyeong, Gyeonggi-do, which is close to Seoul, where you can enjoy different charms in each of the four seasons of the year, including Nami Island, Petite France, Arboretum, and Jaraseom Island.4

The pension has a swimming pool and a downtown area in front, making it a great place to spend time with children.
If you do your own barbecue, you will incur a barbecue fee, but if the owner cooks the barbecue for you, it is free. There is no water in the room, so I recommend buying water at a convenience store on the way to the pension.3

Positives :
* The villas are elegantly designed
* Cleanliness is very excellent
* The guard who works in the villas is helpful, proactive, and honest, but his problem is that he only speaks Korean
* The supermarket is in front of the villa
* For those who want to relax, the area is unnaturally quiet
* There is a park next to the site for those who like to walk
Negatives :
* The area is rural and is supposed to have nice views. Unfortunately, the villas have average views
* Jacuzzi in the balcony... inside a glass room
I mean, there is no privacy at all...and if you use it and finish and want to go back to your room, the cold will cut off your skin and you will get sick.
* It is a little far (not once) from the island and the center
* There is no private pool. The pool it has is public
I recommend one day or two days at a time
