I would strongly recommend staying at Hotel ORA if you are looking for accommodation options near Incheon. The staff are polite, professional and are quite responsive by email. They sent a shuttle bus for me, and after I discovered that I was at the wrong terminal, came to me for pick up. They even upgraded my room at no cost. The rooms are modern and very large, giving a sense of luxury. Room service was quite nice and the kitchen is open until late (10pm).

First time wrote my review before I leaving. I have questions regarding their shuttle. Employee reply my email in 5 mins. That is amazing. Their shuttle schedule by client reservation each 2 hours. A little inconvenient, not like US hotel each 15 mins shuttle direct to airport. But that is ok. They provide fantastic service if you email them. They can answer your questions immediately. Room clean and looks good.

Firs of all, I want to thank the front desk staff Mr. Jung Yeong Gyu & Ms. Myeong So Jung! I landed late on October 11 and it took longer than usual at the custom, so I missed the last shuttle by 1 min and the staff went out of their ways to help me! ————— few things to keep in mind ——— 1. The hotel is surrounded by farms and parking lots. Your only food option is hotel restaurant and room service. There’s no public transportation nearby, and could be difficult to get a taxi (I used 3 apps and had to wait for 10 min to get one) Going to airport takes about 10-15 min and costs around 13000KRW/10USD. Going into Incheon city is around 20 min and costs about 19000KRW/ 14USD. Take that into consideration cuz the fees add up! 2. Room is a bit out dated and not well maintained (I stayed at room 506 on October 2023). It looks very fancy and high end on many booking website, but the actual room I got assigned to looks a bit sad. Many dents & chips & stains (at the edge of the drawer, closets door, walls, and survive of sink). There are also many signs to keep people safe but kills the aesthetic a lot. 🙃 So I was a bit disappointed with the facilities and room conditions after reading good reviews about it. Bath is nice tho! My suggestion is to stay here only if (1) you have early flight on your last night in Korea (2) your stop over in Seoul is less than 20 hours or you have no desire to go into Inchoen city / Seoul city and explore

The room has no big towel provided!! How bizarre. The location of this hotel is about 10 mins drive away from Incheon Airport. The hotel do provide airport shuttle. But latest timing is about 945pm.

Feels like all good reviews are fake. 1. Shuttle is useless. On the website it clearly says exact shuttle schedule, we’v been waiting for 30 min, it didn’t arrive. Apparently you should schedule it before arrival, what DOESNT SAY on the website! WHY the hack you put schedule, but doesn’t say “by reservation “? 2. No large towels in the room 3. Room temperature was 27 degrees C, NO AC, no Fan, windows doesn’t open. Even though recommended sleeping temperature is 20-22C . Good luck with migraine after one night here. This was LITERALLY SHOCKING FOR ME. 4. 4 outlets next to the bed are not working. Two outlets are working on the other side of the room, good luck running back and forth changing your devices, if you have more than two 5. Terrible wear and tear, see pictures below
