Herb Lauwvor einem Monat

Very nice hotel for a short aiport layover. The service personnel were very polite and helpful. Pool access is extra but the sauna and sauna cold/hot dipping pool is free. You go in unclothed. Great restaurant with top notch cuisine. Beautiful walk in the gardens and access to beach area.

Nice clean rooms. All of the necessities. Very nice selection of outdoor activities, uncommon for an airport hotel. Nature walk, beach area, kids playground and a large pool. The only downside is the lack of a real coffee service. Instant coffee only and no creamer. Nothing at the hotel opens before 6:30, however they do have a well stocked convenience store. They have a free bus to the airport. It wasn’t clear (and I didn’t ask) how to get it from the airport.

Hotel is conveniently located next to the main airport in Seoul, and the rates are generally very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. However, one thing I couldn’t help, but notice was that it seemed to me that the beds were rock-hard. I ended up staying at this hotel for nearly a week as I was waiting for a visa to enter a nearby country to be approved. The front desk staff, and the housekeeping team were especially friendly.

What a disappointing end to our Korean holiday. The room air conditioning didn't work and it couldn't be fixed. All we were offered was a air cooler that didn't cool and was noisy. In all my years of travelling the world this is the first hotel I've ever stayed where they charge you extra, approx $35 pp to use the swimming pool (and other amenities) then its only limited time. Language was a bit of an issue too.
