It was close to Uijeongbu Station and Shinsegae Department Store, so it was great for a meal. Even though the cost of lodging on weekdays was quite low, the room condition was quite good. The staff were friendly and chatted amicably, which was nice to see.

There are many places where warm water does not come out in the winter, but warm water does come out here. There seem to be more items in the bathroom than other universities, and it is more luxurious in Uijeongbu. It was nice that the staff were friendly and responsive.

The outside of the building looks good, but the inside is old. The interior is not very old. It feels vaguely old, like it's been out of fashion for about 5 years. The hanger is broken. However, if you are looking for cheap accommodation, the value for money is not bad. (45,000 won with 5,000 won app discount) There is only water in the refrigerator, so it is better to buy the drinks you want. There is some noise, such as the sound of chairs being pulled or parking towers. I think the best advantage was that the bedding was clean. There were a lot of amenities in the pocket, so there was no inconvenience.
