Room was very nice but very compact. We had the breakfast buffet included everyday which was phenomenal and one night we end up at the buffet in the terrace restaurant which was just next level. We got to try cuisine from all over the world but focused on the Asian cuisine. We loved the sushi and champagne! Pricey but very pleased with the value!

I’m in love with this hotel and I will surely be back. The staff were incredible, kind, and honestly so attentive. They took our luggage right away and helped us get set up. The way they treated my daughter was amazing and she gobbled up all the attention. She loved it ! The food was incredible, a bit pricey, but expected. The rooms and the quality of the bedding and so on was top notch. The view my family and I had was 10/10. I would love to go back and wake up to it everyday. Thank you Hyatt for giving us such a wonderful experience.

This is an amazing hotel in Seoul! The rooms are very modern and the dining options are amazing as well. The staff are also amazing and willing to help for about anything from laundry service to recommending a place to eat. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel in Seoul as it is great.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were super friendly. Made us feel like royalty the entire time we were here. My favorite part were the views from our room. The only downside is the location. There isn’t much within walking distance but it’s easy enough to grab a taxi to where you want to go. Highly recommend Grand Hyatt Seoul!

One of the most memorable hotel for me for very first time to visit seoul but not only one time to stay. The hotel have very nice view to see namsan mountain and I fall in love with colour changing leaves in autumn. Hope to visit again soon in spring season it would be nice. But service should be improved.
